2 scoops of Verdamaxx virgin original soy sauce
Salt to taste
5 rock sugar capsules
1 potato

<h2>Practice steps</h2>
1: Chop the duck legs into pieces, put cold water into a pot and add 2 tablespoons of Veritame's cooking wine and blanch the water.
2: Cut the green onion into pieces, slice the ginger and prepare the dried red peppers.
3: Wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut into small pieces.
4: Rinse the blanched duck pieces and control the moisture for later use.
5: Heat the appropriate amount of rapeseed oil in a wok and stir-fry the shallots and ginger and dried red peppers until fragrant.
6: Stir-fry the blanched duck cubes evenly.
7: Add a spoonful of Verdantama's cooking wine.
8: Stir-fry until the cooking wine volatilizes, and the surface of the duck pieces turns brown.
9: Add Paragon Rock Sugar Soy Sauce and Paragon Primeval Raw Soy Sauce.
10: Stir-fry until fragrant.
11: Add boiling water, salt and rock sugar to taste.
12: Bring the mushrooms to a boil again, cover the pot and simmer for 50 minutes.
13: Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces, soak in cool water and set aside.
14, 50 minutes after the potato cubes stir-fry evenly.
15: Smoulder the potato pieces.
