People's Daily Beijing, October 28 (Reporter Wang Lianxiang) According to the data analysis released by the General Administration of Customs compiled by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, in the first three quarters of 2021, the total import and export volume of automobile commodities exceeded 150 billion US dollars, and continued to maintain rapid growth year-on-year.

In the first three quarters of 2021, the total import and export of automobile goods was 150.27 billion US dollars, an increase of 46.1% year-on-year. Among them, the import value of automobile commodities was 70.83 billion US dollars, an increase of 33.5% year-on-year; the export value of automobile commodities was 79.44 billion US dollars, an increase of 59.5% year-on-year.

In the first three quarters of 2021, a total of 754,000 vehicles were imported, an increase of 21.9% year-on-year; the total vehicle import value was US$41.73 billion, an increase of 39.1% year-on-year. A total of 1.492 million vehicles were exported, an increase of 1.1 times year-on-year, and the export value was 24.04 billion US dollars, an increase of 1.2 times year-on-year.

In the first three quarters of 2021, the import value of auto parts was 29.11 billion US dollars, an increase of 26.3% year-on-year; the export value of auto parts was 55.40 billion US dollars, an increase of 41.7% year-on-year.
