In addition, in the "self-description" written by Shi Dakai after he was captured, it is also mentioned that Yang Xiuqing, the eastern king, had forced the heavenly king Hong Xiuquan to make him "long live" and intended to sit on an equal footing with Hong Xiuquan. As a result, Yang Xiuqing's various perverse actions finally triggered Hong Xiuquan's dissatisfaction. At the end of August 1856, The Heavenly King Hong Xiuquan secretly summoned the Northern King Wei Changhui and the Yan King Qin Ri to kill Yang Xiuqing, which triggered the ensuing Tianjing Rebellion.
On September 1 of that year, Wei Changhui led three thousand henchmen into the city and directly attacked the Eastern King's Mansion, and without saying a word, he began to massacre on a large scale, quickly took Yang Xiuqing out, and immediately cut off the head of the Eastern King. In this battle, almost no one in the Eastern Palace survived. In order to vent his resentment, Wei Changhui hung his head in the city for public display.

As a result, the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom successively lost the core leaders of Yang Xiuqing, Wei Changhui, Qin Rigang and other core leaders, and tens of thousands of troops will die in this catastrophe, which can be described as a serious injury.
