On October 20-24, the first Jiangxi Provincial Advanced Seminar on Breeding and Migration-free Breeding Techniques of Chinese HoneyBee Breeding and Migration-free King Breeding, sponsored by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Jiangxi Province and undertaken by the Jiangxi Beekeeping Research Institute, was successfully held in the Academic Lecture Hall of jiangxi Beekeeping Research Institute. More than 60 people in charge of the agricultural and rural bureaus of 24 beekeeping counties (cities) in the province, responsible persons of bee industry associations and cooperatives, attended the seminar.

Expert lectures
During the training, the trainees actively interacted with the experts, who replied and explained the ongoing census of bee genetic resources, honey competitions and star bee farm evaluations. The training course also arranged for the trainees to visit the bee research institute of Jiangxi Agricultural University, a well-known bee industry research institute in the province, and the five-star demonstration bee farm in Jiangxi Province, to guide the trainees to learn the construction of standardized bee farms, publicize bee culture, and enhance the brand image of the bee industry.
The training course trained new bees technology, achieved the goal of cultivating professional and technical personnel in beekeeping in Jiangxi Province, strengthening the construction of grass-roots technical personnel, improving the level of bee breeding and the ability to innovate in the bee industry, and helping the high-quality development of the bee industry in Jiangxi.
