Seven years ago, I left the Hongkou Court for more than ten years to come to the Third Branch, from judges to prosecutors, from civil trials to civil supervision to public interest litigation, from the middle trial to post-event supervision to public interest litigation prosecutors, the transformation of different roles, the experience of different positions, so that I have a multi-dimensional understanding of legal work, but also enhance my work ability.
I remember that when I first arrived at the Civil Prosecutor's Office, I had handled two maritime enforcement supervision cases, and although I had handled thousands of civil cases in the court before, it was the first time that I had handled maritime enforcement supervision cases. By combing through the enforcement laws and regulations, understanding the process of maritime seizure, auctioning vessels, etc., it was found that the court had violated the law in the enforcement procedure, so it formulated and issued procuratorial suggestions to the court, which is also the first time that our court has formulated and issued procuratorial suggestions to the maritime court.
In 2017, he began to handle public interest litigation cases, which is even more the improvement of his comprehensive ability, from the assessment of clues to the investigation and collection of evidence, combing evidence, suing the court, court response, and finally getting the support of the court, from the clue to the completion of the case to the judgment, the whole process has higher requirements for comprehensive ability. In my work, I found that procuratorial work pays more attention to the cultivation of comprehensive ability, and participating in procuratorial business competitions, teaching in a line, and writing research papers are all new challenges for me, and they are also the improvement of self-ability again and again.
Although my position and the work responsibilities I perform have been constantly changing, the responsibilities and the position of the representatives have never changed, and in the future work, we must improve our own requirements, forge ahead, blaze new trails, and better protect the fairness and justice of the law.

Innovative initiatives to enhance business capabilities
In the first half of the year, it handled 4 public interest litigation cases, filed 3 lawsuits with the court, and formulated and issued 1 procuratorial recommendation. Among them, the zhan mouhui production and sale of fake milk powder case, through the method of opening a store on the online platform to publish goods, found that there were regulatory loopholes in the e-commerce platform, so it issued procuratorial suggestions to the e-commerce platform, and the platform admitted that there were indeed loopholes in its procedures and repaired them in a timely manner, achieving good social results. In addition to handling public interest litigation cases, he also serves as a part-time case evaluator, participates in the case evaluation work of the city and our hospital, and evaluates more than 20 cases of various types.
Study the law assiduously and cultivate the spirit of a legal craftsman
In our work, every law involved in each case is analyzed, understood and considered word by word on how to accurately apply it. The smuggling of frozen products by Huang Mouyou and others was rated as one of the top ten typical cases of public interest litigation in Shanghai in 2020. He won the title of business pacesetter of the first public interest litigation procuratorial competition and was listed as a core member of the city's public interest litigation professional case handling team. This year, he was also awarded the title of Outstanding Communist Party Member of the Organs Directly Under the Municipal People's Court, and was recommended by the Municipal People's Court to be published in the Shanghai Rule of Law Newspaper as a "legal craftsman" figure.
