　　Huang Qianhu, male, Han ethnicity, born in April 1960, Xingguo, Jiangxi, bachelor degree, began working in September 1982, joined the Communist Party of China in July 1997.

　　From September 1982 to December 2001, he served as a project technician, project manager, deputy manager and manager of the fourth branch of Jiangxi Erjian Company, and assistant general manager, deputy secretary of the party committee and deputy general manager of Jiangxi Erjian Company.

　　From December 2001 to September 2011, he served as the general manager of the general contracting engineering company and the director of the market development department of Jiangxi Construction Engineering Group Corporation;
