Shallot oil shiitake mushrooms

ingredient:
150 grams of fresh shiitake mushrooms, 1 green onion, 50 grams of carrots, 2 tbsp salad oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp monosodium glutamate, 1/2 tsp sesame oil
method:
1. Remove the stalks of fresh shiitake mushrooms, peel and slice the carrots and set aside;
2, boil a pot of boiling water, respectively, the shiitake mushrooms and carrot slices of Recipe 1 are blanched and then fished out, over cold water, set aside;
3: Recipe 2 of the shiitake mushrooms in half with a diagonal blade; wash and cut the green onion and place it in a bowl and set aside;
4: Heat the salad oil in the ingredients, add the minced green onion and all the seasonings in recipe 3 and mix well into the sauce;
5: Mix the carrot slices from Recipe 2, Shiitake mushroom slices from Recipe 3 and the sauce from Recipe 4 together.
