According to China Aerospace News: On July 13, Aerospace Jiangnan Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Aerospace Jiangnan Group), a subsidiary of China Aerospace Science and Industry Group Co., Ltd., held a leadership meeting. Chen Guoying, deputy secretary of the party group of the group company, attended the meeting and made a speech.

The meeting read out the documents of the group company: Comrade Zhang Zhe served as the director, general manager and deputy secretary of the party committee of Aerospace Jiangnan, and served as the vice president (deputy director) of the Tenth Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Industry Group (Guizhou Aerospace Technology Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Industry Group) (Guizhou Aerospace Administration); Comrade Bao Bin no longer held the position of general manager of Aerospace Jiangnan.

Bao Bin became party secretary and chairman of Aerospace Jiangnan Group Co., Ltd. in September last year, and a member of the Financial and Economic Committee of the 13th People's Congress of Guizhou Province in January this year.

Aerospace Jiangnan Group is subordinate to China Aerospace Science and Industry Group Co., Ltd., which was approved by the Central Special Commission in 1964, began construction in 1965, and was completed and put into operation in 1970; in 2015, it was approved by the Central Committee and approved by the Central Committee, transformed and upgraded into the Tenth Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Industry Group; in August 2018, according to the requirements of the group company, Guizhou Aerospace Industry Co., Ltd. was the main body to start enterprise operation; in September 2019, Guizhou Aerospace Industry Co., Ltd. was officially renamed Asagiri Jiangnan Group Co., Ltd. Aerospace Jiangnan Group is one of the three overall units of China's surface-to-air missile weapon system, and is the only strategic rear base in China with relatively complete professional supporting ground-to-air missile weapon systems.

For more than 50 years, Aerospace Jiangnan Group has successively undertaken the research and production tasks of multi-type aerospace products and delivered them to the troops, making due contributions to national defense construction. The weapons and equipment developed and produced by the group have participated in major military exercises and National Day military parades for many times and have been commended. At the same time, the Group gave full play to its professional and technical advantages and undertook the research and production tasks of major projects and key model supporting products in many countries. In the world-renowned "Shenzhou" flying, extravehicular "walking", space "kiss", "Chang'e" moon, Toad Palace "stroll" and other space missions, the relevant units of the group have repeatedly broken through key technologies and successfully completed the development and production supporting tasks.
