According to Jing Haipeng, the recovery period after the normal return of the group flight is mainly divided into three stages: isolation recovery stage, convalescence recovery stage and recovery observation stage. As of now, the second phase of the multiplyer has been completed. On the whole, the astronauts were emotionally stable, in a good psychological state, their weight was stable at the pre-flight level, and their muscle strength, endurance and motor cardiopulmonary function reserves were further restored, achieving the expected results. Next, it is fully moved to the recovery observation phase. After returning from the mission, the 3 astronauts will be transferred to normal training work.

The astronaut brigade of the Chinese People's Liberation Army was established on January 5, 1998. According to Xinhua News Agency, on the same day, in Beijing Space City, 14 pilots from the air force unit faced the bright red national flag, clenched their fists, and made a solemn vow that "the motherland's manned spaceflight cause is above all else and will make unremitting efforts to realize the Chinese nation's dream of flying in the sky."

According to public information, in May 2010, China completed the selection of the second batch of astronauts and added 7 new astronauts. Up to now, China has successfully completed the selection of the third batch of astronaut teams. Among them are air force pilots, aerospace flight engineers from scientific research institutes, and payload experts from scientific research units.

The astronaut brigade is the backbone of China's manned space flight. From October 15 to 16, 2003, Yang Liwei, China's "first person in space", successfully entered space by the Shenzhou 5 spacecraft, and the astronaut brigade was awarded the honorary title of "Heroic Astronaut Brigade" by the Central Military Commission.

From October 12 to 16, 2005, Fei Junlong and Nie Haisheng successfully entered space on the Shenzhou 6 spacecraft, achieving a major leap from "one person a day" to "many people and many days"; from September 25 to 28, 2008, astronauts Zhai Zhigang, Liu Boming, and Jing Haipeng successfully entered space on the Shenzhou 7 spacecraft, successfully completing the first space capsule walk, allowing the vast space to witness the bright colors of the five-star red flag.

From the realization of multi-person multi-day, to space capsule, to rendezvous and docking and astronauts' mid-term on-orbit residency, the members of the astronaut brigade have achieved a series of major breakthroughs in successfully completing many manned spaceflight missions.

Jing Haipeng is the fourth captain of China's astronaut brigade

The first captain of the astronaut brigade was Colonel Shen Xingyun, who was responsible for the selection of the first batch of astronauts in China and the preparation and formation of the astronaut brigade. Since 1996, he has served as the head of the astronaut brigade for more than 13 years, and from 2003 to 2008, he has led the crew of manned space flights to jiuquan satellite launch base three times, and successfully completed the shenzhou 5, shenzhou 6 and shenzhou 7 missions.

After Shen Xingyun, it was Fei Junlong. According to Xinhua News Agency, in April 2009, Fei Junlong served as the captain of the astronaut brigade. Began to manage two batches of more than 10 astronauts, including Liu Yang and Wang Yaping, two female team members. In 2014, he began to serve as the deputy director of the Astronaut Center, in terms of identity, he is both an astronaut, a manager, and a planner of astronaut training.

In 2014, Fei Junlong stopped serving as the captain of the Chinese astronaut brigade, and was replaced by Nie Haisheng. Under his leadership, he and all the astronauts insisted on hard training and tenacious struggle to ensure the successful completion of various training tasks and major test tasks. The brigade was awarded the first class of collective merit, and the astronaut group won the titles of "Model of the Times" and "Most Beautiful Strivers".

On December 7, 2021, Jing Haipeng appeared at the Shen 12th Group Meeting as the captain of the astronaut brigade of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. According to the China Military Network, after Jing Haipeng was selected as the first batch of astronauts in China in 1998, after years of hard training, he successfully completed the training tasks of hundreds of subjects in eight categories, such as basic theory, adaptability of the aerospace environment, and professional technology, and Jing Haipeng passed various assessments with excellent results.
