As for the ancient well roast goose, this legend comes from the southern Song Dynasty court imperial meal, of course, it is also extremely attractive. The cousin said that he must go to Gujing Roast Goose Street to eat an authentic Gujing Roast Goose. After eating Pingxiang, you can also go to Hengyi to make a bag, so that you don't have to worry about the question of "which of these two shops is more delicious".
My cousin said that the smell of the roast goose in the ancient well was so good that when he thought of its taste in the United States, he remembered that he could bite it off with just one bite, and the layer of red crisp skin that accompanied the sound of "clicking" the skin breaking.
