In order to allow patients to eat more meals and cooperate with medication, she tried everything to enlighten and encourage; in order to let patients relax their mood and relieve stress, she kept giving psychological counseling; in order to alleviate the tense atmosphere in the ward, she played her own painting specialty, every day with colored pens on the protective clothing of medical staff to draw popular cartoon patterns, so that the atmosphere in the ward was instantly active; in order to prevent patients from being irritable and falling out of bed and injured, she led the nursing team to implement artificial restraints in turn.
