Also against the imperial court, the Ming Sect and the Heaven and Earth Society had different endings, in fact, there were many reasons.
First of all, an important reason for the failure of the anti-Qing forces is that among all the anti-Qing forces, there is a lack of a person like Zhang Wuji who can convince all the forces with martial arts and appeal.
In the world of martial arts, if you want to achieve great things, you must have strong martial arts and jianghu appeal. In terms of jianghu appeal, the jianghu appeal of the Heaven and Earth Society and their leader Chen Jinnan was far less than that of the Ming Sect.

On the other hand, Chen Jinnan, the chief helmsman of the Heaven and Earth Society, although it is rumored that "if you don't see Chen Jinnan in your life, you will be called a hero in vain". There is also the title of the "Turtle Killing Conference" General Military Division, but compared with Zhang Wuji's prestige, it is not at all in the same grade. In the Kangxi era in which the Heaven and Earth Society lived, although there were occasional acts of slaughter, the overall world was peaceful. In the early period of Kangxi's reign, there was no large-scale encirclement and suppression of any wulin sect, on the contrary, the Qing court headed by Kangxi got along well with many sects.
Like the Shaolin sect, it has always been known as the Taishan Beidou in the martial forest, but the Shaolin Temple, as the leader of the wulin, not only did not participate in any action against the Qing dynasty, but also recognized the legitimacy of the Qing Dynasty. The sects that really participated in the anti-Qing dynasty were only some direct vested interests during the Ming Dynasty.
