Today I received Luo Fat's new book "The Method of Reading", all the methods are relative to the goal, not so much as "the method of reading", but rather that it is "the method of falling in love with reading". The biggest secret about reading that this book is about: any book can be opened and closed at any time. Reading, as a long-term mental training, not only has endless fun, but also allows people to gain a valuable ability, that is, the ability to fully open up the secret connection between different things.
There is a small episode in which Luo Fat has always wanted to add a Q&A to the preface of the book: "What if I don't love my wife anymore?" "Then love her." For this sentence, I quickly understood, because in my 8 years of running career, when I had the idea of "not wanting to run today", I said to myself, "Then go run", and every time I tried and tried, I was always glad that I chose wisely.

This "Method of Reading" does not want to tell you any big truth, it has only one purpose: to make you willing to pick up the book and start reading.

In "Yitian Slaughtering Dragon", Zhang Sanfeng wants to pass on his newly created Taiji Sword to Zhang Wuji. Zhang Sanfeng demonstrated the Taiji Sword, and then asked Zhang Wujie, how much can you remember? Zhang Wuji thought about it and said that he had forgotten half of it. Zhang Sanfeng said, don't worry, I will demonstrate again, you should look at it. So, he demonstrated it again and asked Zhang Wuji how much he could remember? Zhang Wuji said: I still remember the three tricks I haven't forgotten. Zhang Sanfeng demonstrated for the third time and asked Zhang Wuji how much he remembered. Zhang Wuji thought about it carefully and said: I forgot all about it. Zhang Sanfeng was overjoyed and said that you are very understanding, and you have learned this set of Taiji swords.
What is the moral of this story? Even if you could memorize a book, what would you do? The key is what you think. No sword in the chest is better than a sword. Don't die reading, go to enlightenment.
