On May 10th, the second Zigong City Labor Social Organization Public Welfare Venture Capital Activity - "Building Dreams and Blue Sky" Parent-child Cultural and Sports Activities for Employee Families entered Dangui Kindergarten in the High-tech Zone, attracting the active participation of many parents and children.

The first part of the activity was a popular science lecture, and Chen Yangjie, a teacher from the Zigong Aviation Sports Association, combined with a video display and a question and answer, from the production of Wanhu Feitian, wooden kite flying machine, and Luban kite, to the invention of the first manned hot air balloon, airship, and bicycle flying machine, and then to the Wright brothers to create the first airplane and successfully test it...... The children were told about the efforts made by human beings in the exploration of aerospace from ancient times to the present, and analyzed the operating principles of various aircraft in easy-to-understand language, which stimulated the children's interest in aerospace science and technology.
In the parent-child interaction, parents also integrated into the classroom, and the scene was full of joy. Under the careful guidance of Mr. Chen and the assistance of parents, the children's enthusiasm was ignited, and they excitedly and orderly picked up the model materials and production tools.
"This event was very meaningful. Through this activity, we learned some basic knowledge about aerospace and also harmonized our parent-child relationship. Parent Chen Shasha said. The child Chen Zizheng happily said that he would participate in this kind of activity with his mother in the future.
It is understood that since the launch of the "Dream Blue Sky" parent-child cultural and sports activities for staff families in February this year, 5 "popular science + practice" activities have been organized in the high-tech zone, creating a rare parent-child exchange opportunity for employees and children who are usually busy with work, and at the same time allowing children to understand the knowledge related to flight, experience the charm of model aircraft technology, and plant the seeds of science in the hearts of children.
