At the beginning of 2021, our company received a test machine demand from foreign customers for mustard seed fine powder, and customers have not been able to find the ideal equipment for many years.
There are two main problems in mustard milling. First of all, mustard seeds contain a large amount of mustard oil, the milling process temperature is too high will appear oil phenomenon, in the high temperature mustard oil and mustard powder will appear lumping phenomenon, resulting in equipment jamming. Secondly, the general customer has fine requirements for mustard powder, and the general milling equipment cannot meet the customer requirements.
Huayu Wantong Technology Research Center has successively conducted trial tests on roll mills, tooth plate mills, and water-cooled micronized powder machines, but they have not achieved the desired results. In the process of repeated failures and repeated drilling, our engineers combined the characteristics of the machine, corrected the processing technology and equipment parameters, and realized the processing requirements of continuous milling, high fineness and large output.
