Chen Geng was arrested: the international anthem was sung in court, the Huangpu students jointly signed the petition, and Chiang Kai-shek even called on the good students

author:Historical Gossip Society

April 1, 1933, Nanjing Railway Station.

Gu Zhenglun, commander of the Kuomintang Central Military Police and commander of the Nanjing Garrison, was waiting at the station.

Gu Zhenglun's Nanjing garrison commander was equivalent to the former Qing Dynasty's "Nine Gate Admiral", responsible for defending the capital, which was extremely crucial, and it was not chiang kai-shek's cronies who deserved this heavy responsibility. With his current position, there are only a few people within the Kuomintang who can bother him to personally pick up the car.

The "distinguished guest" who is about to arrive at the station counts as one. The reason why I want to add quotation marks is because this "distinguished guest" was escorted to Nanjing.

Yes, this man is a prisoner. He was neither a party-state elder nor a socialite, or even a member of the Communist Party.

Then, why would a person from a hostile camp let Gu Zhenglun, the commander of the gendarmerie, personally greet him?

Because this Communist Party member is not an ordinary person, he is Chen Geng.

Chen Geng's arrest was accidental, as he should not have been in Shanghai.

He was in the Red Fourth Front at the time, and should be in the Soviet Zone or on the front line at this time, and the reason why he came to Shanghai was entirely due to an unpredictable factor - injury.

It all started in 1931.

In April 1931, Gu Shunzhang was arrested in Wuhan.

Before his arrest, Gu Shunzhang was the head of the central special section and the chief of the special branch action section, and knew countless party secrets, and his arrest was absolutely a disaster for the party Central Committee that was struggling to support the Shanghai Concession at that time.

Fortunately, Qian Zhuangfei, the secret son of the Central Special Branch and the confidential secretary of Xu Enzeng, the head of the central unification special agent, learned in advance of the news of Gu Shunzhang's arrest and defection, and promptly informed the central authorities.

Under Premier Zhou's arrangement, the Party Central Committee promptly stopped the losses and immediately evacuated all the organs of the Party Central Committee and the Jianghu Provincial Party Committee from their original sites; transferred the traffic stations and contact points known to Gu Shunzhang; relocated all the central leaders and their families that Gu Shunzhang knew; and evacuated all the cadres and especially the members of the Special Branch that Gu Shunzhang was familiar with from Shanghai.

Chen Geng was one of the people who had to be evacuated, because Gu Shunzhang was too familiar with him.

There are four sections under the Central Special Section, namely Hong Yangsheng, chief of the General Affairs Section, Chen Geng, chief of the Intelligence Section, Gu Shunzhang, chief of the Operations Section, and Li Qiang, chief of the Traffic Section.

Under the arrangement of Premier Zhou, Chen Geng left Shanghai in June 1931 and was sent to work in Tianjin. In the environment of the white terror at that time, the Shunzhi Provincial Committee of our party in Tianjin was destroyed one after another, and the work could not be carried out at all, so in September of that year, Chen Geng was transferred to the Eyu-Anhui Su District.

In the Eyu-Anhui Soviet Region, Chen Geng participated in the third and fourth anti-encirclement and suppression campaigns throughout the process, and was promoted to chief of staff of the Red Fourth Front, but God seemed unwilling to let him stay on the battlefield for long. In September 1932, during the Battle of Hushanzhai, Chen Geng was shot in the knee in his right leg, trapped in the rudimentary medical conditions on the battlefield, and in order to save his right leg, he had to go to a big city for surgery, so Chen Geng had to leave the army and sneak back to Shanghai to heal his wounds.

It's back to square one.

In early November, Chen Geng, who returned to Shanghai, was admitted to Niu Huilin Hospital.

During the revolutionary period, workers on the hidden front were inevitably injured in the course of their duties and needed to find a place for medical treatment; and the enemy also understood this and would strictly investigate the gunshot wounds in various hospitals. Therefore, hospitals for the treatment of the wounded of the underground Party must meet two conditions: first, absolute reliability; second, they can evade the enemy's examination.

Niu Huilin Hospital fully meets these two conditions. Niu Huilin Hospital is quite famous in Shanghai Beach, the president Niu Huilin is a famous orthopedic doctor, and more importantly, he sympathizes with progressive people and has dealt with Chen Geng more than once, and Niu Huilin Hospital has become a secret "designated hospital" for underground party members.

Niu Huilin is not only a skilled medical skill, but also has a strong background, Mrs. Sun Yat-sen, the mother of the country, Soong Ching-ling is his cousin; Chiang Kai-shek's wife Soong Mei-ling is his cousin. With this layer of relationship, Niu Huilin Hospital is full of high-ranking officials and dignitaries or celebrities, who could have imagined that there would be an underground party here? Even if they knew, who would dare to come in and look it up?

During his recuperation period, Chen Geng lived in seclusion and had very little contact with Jiajia, because he was too famous in some circles in Shanghai Beach.

Chen Geng has a bold and funny personality and is good at dealing with people. For example, in the People's Liberation Army, there are countless meritorious generals, but when these meritorious generals who command thousands of troops and horses at every turn will be as restrained as the primary school students in front of the teacher when they see Chairman Mao, and the aura of the great man can be imagined!

It is said that in front of Chairman Mao, only two generals "dared" to talk and laugh loudly, and these two people were surnamed Chen, one was Chen Yi and the other was Chen Geng.

When the central authorities decided to send Chen Geng to Shanghai to preside over intelligence work, it was not a matter of admiring his long-sleeved and good dancing skills.

Facts have proved that the central authorities did not look at the wrong person. After Chen Geng became the head of the Intelligence Section, he assumed the pseudonym Wang Yong, established the personality of a wealthy businessman, and used his excellent communication skills to make friends with people from all walks of life in the three religions and nine streams, and often went in and out of bars, restaurants, and patrol houses. Because of his boldness and atmosphere, the patrols and agents of the concession were willing to get close to him, and inadvertently revealed a lot of information.

Once, when our Party held a meeting in a theater in the French Concession, the concession patrol and Kuomintang agents suddenly surrounded the venue. At the critical moment, Chen Geng stood up, and like an old friend, he greeted the patrols and offered to be a "crab foot" to guard an exit and let them enter and search.

"Crab feet" is the jargon of the patrol house, which refers to the fact that when the search operation is launched, the exits are scattered and blocked, like the eight feet of a crab, which is easily incomprehensible to outsiders.

The patrols saw that Chen Geng's mouth was their internal black words, plus the usual relationship was very good, thinking that he had taken the initiative to help, and there was no doubt that there was him. As soon as the patrols dispersed, some special "spectators" quietly left from the exit guarded by Chen Geng.

In this way, Chen Geng quietly lay dormant in Shanghai for more than four months, which was really a kind of torture for him who was active by nature.

In March 1933, Chen Geng's injuries were no longer serious, and the central government decided to let him continue to work in the Soviet area, and the departure time was set for March 25. But just the day before the departure, Chen Geng had an accident.

On March 24, Chen Geng sneaked to the "Beijing Grand Theater" on Guizhou Road to see a movie. "Reclusive" for more than four months, he went out this time to see the daughter of a deceased person.

Gu Shunzhang was arrested and betrayed, and Qian Zhuangfei's identity was also exposed, qian Zhuangfei risked his life before being exposed to pass the news of Gu Shunzhang's defection to the central authorities, and then he also withdrew to Shanghai, the time was tight, and it was too late to transfer his family.

However, Qian Zhuangfei left his back hand before the evacuation, he was Xu Enzeng's confidential secretary, mastering xu Enzeng's many unsightly private affairs, before leaving, Qian Zhuangfei specially left a letter, taking Xu Enzeng's handle as a threat, "please" him to treat his family kindly. So even though Qian Zhuangfei's identity has been exposed, his hometown has not been liquidated.

Chen Geng was preparing to visit Qian Zhuangfei's eldest daughter, Qian Zhenzhen, whose stage name was Li Lili, a nationally renowned film actress who was performing propaganda performances for the anti-Japanese resistance at the Beijing Grand Theatre.

Coincidentally, Chen Geng had just taken a seat and suddenly found an old acquaintance sitting next to him. This person's name was Chen Liansheng, nicknamed "Little White Face" and "Ah Lian", and he was also a member of the Special Branch, and had dealt with Chen Geng several times.

As soon as he saw Chen Liansheng, Chen Geng felt a pang in his heart, knowing that things were not good, because he clearly remembered that after Gu Shunzhang's rebellion, Chen Liansheng also defected. When Chen Liansheng saw Chen Geng, he pretended to be indifferent and pulled Chen Geng to greet him.

Chen Geng ignored him and immediately came out of the cinema. Chen Liansheng followed closely behind him, and at the Chicken Stealing Bridge not far from the movie theater, Chen Geng was chased by Chen Liansheng, and the two fought, and in the confusion, Chen Liansheng blew a copper whistle, and the nearby patrol rushed over to arrest Chen Geng.

I believe that until his arrest, General Chen Geng was still confused, and the world was too small, and he could meet traitors in public places like the theater.

However, this is not a coincidence; according to the information that our Party learned later, Gu Shunzhang quickly degenerated into a vicious reactionary after the defection; he recruited traitors from our Party and formed so-called action teams, which were all over the streets and alleys, stalking important trunk road junctions, stations and docks, and even bazaars, arresting important people when they saw them, and continuing to stalk those who were not important, in the hope of catching big fish on long lines. Chen Geng was recognized by the enemy's stalker.

It has once again proved that traitors are always the most harmful.

The news of Chen Geng's arrest not only shocked both the Kuomintang and the Communists, but even the patrol houses in the British Concession were unbelievable. Seeing that Chen Geng was escorted to the patrol room, they were shocked and asked in doubt, "What?" You are Chen Geng! Aren't you Mr. Wang? ”

Lampsun, the foreign inspector of the Political Department of the Patrol House, was also greatly shocked, because he had used the past with Wang Yong before, and he did not expect that it was the famous Chen Geng. Annoyed and angry, he tortured Chen Geng and even electrocuted him.

In the face of torture, Chen Geng bribed several guards to get him some cigarettes, and when he was tortured, he chewed a mouthful of tobacco leaves to alleviate the pain, and never uttered a word.

Outside the prison, the news of Chen Geng's arrest was quickly transmitted to the Party Central Committee through the dark line of the patrol room, and Song Qingling, head of the China Civil Rights Protection League, directly brought a group of journalists to visit the patrol house, and the enemy stopped torturing Chen Geng.

On March 31, Chen Geng was "tried" and extradited by the British Concession to the Kuomintang authorities. In the "public court" of the concession, Chen Geng joined other arrested comrades in singing the "Internationale" and making generous statements, defending the great cause of our Party and our Party, and denouncing all kinds of traitorous crimes committed by the reactionaries.

In the eyes of the outside world, this so-called trial is obviously an unjust case that has no evidence and is found guilty based on Chen Liansheng's one-sided words alone, but for Chen Geng, it is tantamount to a blessing in disguise.

To paraphrase someone from Zhou: "Entering a Kuomintang prison feels like going home."

After being extradited, Chen Geng was quickly escorted to Nanjing, and the scene at the beginning of this article appeared.

Chen Geng was arrested: the international anthem was sung in court, the Huangpu students jointly signed the petition, and Chiang Kai-shek even called on the good students

<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="125" ></h1>

When Gu Zhenglun saw Chen Geng, he pretended to be enthusiastic and greeted him warmly, and he held in his hand a telegram from Chiang Kai-shek, which read: Because of Chen Geng's history in Guangdong and during the Northern Expedition, we must try to give him comfort and encouragement as much as possible so that he can repent. At the end of the telegram, the official also made a wish that if Chen Geng was willing to "swear to submit", there would be a high-ranking military position and a bright future.

As for Chiang Kai-shek's telegram, Chen Geng only did not see it, and for Gu Zhenglun's attentiveness, Chen Geng did not give a false word, and did not "have honor with you" in the slightest. Gu Zhenglun, as a close confidant of Old Jiang, held an important position, and his surroundings have always been constantly greeted, and he has always given others a look, when others dare to throw him a face.

But in the face of Chen Geng's cold eyes, although he was angry and wanted to attack, he still held back, because he knew that Chen Geng was really too special.

Chen Geng, a student of Huangpu Phase I, ranked first in the Huangpu Phase I of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon Gangster Ruyun, ranked first in school, excelled in both character and learning, and was known as the "Huangpu Three Masters" together with Jiang Xianyun and He Zhihan. During his time at the school, he served as Sun Yat-sen's bodyguard and was deeply appreciated by Sun Yat-sen and Soong Ching-ling.

Not only that, Chen Geng also served as Chiang Kai-shek's bodyguard and saved the life of old Chiang Kai-shek.

It all started more than seven years ago.

In September 1925, Chiang Kai-shek launched the Second Crusade against the Guangdong warlord Chen Jiongming, which was dominated by the student army of the Whampoa Military Academy, and Chen Geng was also among them.

Chen Geng served as the captain of the death squad in the Battle of Huizhou, personally carrying a ladder to lead the death squad to climb the city and launch a white-knife battle with Chen Jiongming's army. During the battle, Chen Geng's left foot was hit by a bullet, and he picked out the bullet to continue the battle, and captured Huizhou City as a pioneer warrior.

This battle, Chen Geng shined, adding military prestige to Old Jiang and making Old Jiang even more fond of this student who had long been concerned. After the war, Lao Jiang transferred Chen Geng to his side as a guard.

In the ensuing battle, the Third Division of the First Column of the Right Road of the Eastern Expeditionary Army was besieged at Huayang and the main force of Chen Jiongming's army, and Lao Jiang personally went to Huayang to supervise the battle in order to boost morale. As soon as he passed, the Third Division was defeated by the enemy, and the defeated army stormed the headquarters, and even the guard troops with Old Chiang Kai-shek fled.

At the moment of crisis, Chen Geng endured a foot injury, picked up Chiang Kai-shek on his back, ran for several kilometers in one breath, carried old Chiang to the river, and then held a boat to carry old Chiang to the other side.

Subsequently, Chen Gengyou, despite his pain and exhaustion, took Lao Jiang's order to trek all the way over the mountains and mountains through Chen Jiongming's control area, finding He Yingqin, commander of the main first division, and Zhou Enlai, director of the political department, before taking back Old Jiang and turning the crisis into safety.

Chen Geng's deeds of rescuing Old Jiang in the midst of ten thousand armies have witnessed many witnesses and have been widely circulated. Gu Zhenglun, who had always been suspicious of his intentions, only the old Jiang Ma was zhan knew better, so even if he ran into a wall in front of Chen Geng, he had to pinch his nose to eat and drink, and lock him in the most comfortable room of the Zhanyuan Road Gendarmerie Headquarters.

Gu Zhenglun was not dead-hearted, as old Jiang's loyal dog, he was too aware of the political rewards brought by the surrender of Chen Geng. So the next morning, Chen Geng's room was full of guests.

The visitors were all Chen Geng's friends at the Whampoa Military Academy, including his fellow countryman and good friend Song Xilian, as well as Gui Yongqing and others, who were dressed in straight military uniforms and had golden stars on their shoulders.

These people came to say that chen geng quickly submitted to chen geng with bitter words, how good the conditions here are, as long as you change your mind, with your life-saving grace to the principal, it will certainly have a bright future. At the end, they also asked an incomparably important question: Can you still endure the hard life of the Red Army?

When Chen Geng heard this question, he was angry and laughed, and did not bother to answer at all.

During the first Kuomintang-Communist cooperation that year, Chen Geng also responded to the call of the Party Central Committee and joined the Kuomintang as a member of the Communist Party. At the beginning of 1926, Chiang Kai-shek began to show his reactionary nature when he first came to power, and he demanded that the instructors and students of the Whampoa Military Academy should not cross the party, but must choose between the two parties.

Chiang Kai-shek's order caused an uproar at the Whampoa Military Academy, and some people who were not determined, or those who sought official positions and wealth, withdrew from our party. For example, Song Xilian, who was a fellow villager of Chen Geng, later joined our party as an introducer to the party by Chen Geng and also resigned from the party during this storm.

As a star among the students of the first phase of Huangpu, Chen Geng did not hesitate to make the opposite choice to Song Xilian and declared his withdrawal from the Kuomintang. At that time, Chen Geng served as Chiang Kai-shek's bodyguard staff officer, and was deeply favored, and he could freely enter and exit the old Chiang Kai-shek's apartment and read confidential documents. And because he has a life-saving grace for old Jiang, Chen Geng is an "future star" with an unlimited future in the eyes of his classmates, which makes people envious.

And it is such a great future, Chen Geng said to give up, the reason is very simple, one sentence is enough to summarize - the Tao is different and does not conspire.

In the face of lofty ideals and convictions, even the high-ranking official Houlu can be abandoned, so why can't he bear the rough food and ugly clothes of the blue wisps of the Yanlu Road in the Soviet area?

Therefore, in Chen Geng's view, these people are asking nonsense, and he does not bother to answer at all.

After the mourning of these fellow windows dispersed, Chen Geng's cell welcomed new guests, whose status was more honorable than the huangpu generals in front of them, led by the mother of the country, Song Qingling.

Song Qingling had come specifically to raise the momentum for Chen Geng. For the young man whom the Father of the Nation once fancied, she was also very fond of him.

As soon as Song Qingling came in, he loudly said to the guards accompanying him, "Where is Chen Gengguan?" I came to visit Chen Geng, who was an old friend of mine and who was very fond of the prime minister when he was alive. During the Eastern Crusade, he saved the life of Commander-in-Chief Chiang Kai-shek, and people cannot but have no conscience. ”

Soong Ching-ling's words not only pointed out chen geng's roots and let everyone know Chen Geng's relationship with Sun Yat-sen and Chiang Kai-shek, but also implied that Chiang Kai-shek was a hypocrite and was full of loyalty and righteousness, but let the life-saving benefactor be imprisoned.

Chen Geng was arrested: the international anthem was sung in court, the Huangpu students jointly signed the petition, and Chiang Kai-shek even called on the good students

<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="129" ></h1>

At this time, lao Jiang, who was in Nanchang and was directing the fourth anti-encirclement and suppression campaign against the Central Soviet Region, could not sit still. The main reason for his ability to seize military power was the Huangpu department, which was maintained by the bond of teachers and students, and he could not keep Chen Geng locked up for a long time, which would make him bear the name of ungratefulness.

He decided to personally persuade Chen Geng to surrender, so under a paper order, Chen Geng was sent from Nanjing to Nanchang.

Picked up at nanchang railway station was Chen Geng's Huangpu Phase I classmate and Chiang Kai-shek's attendant secretary Deng Wenyi.

Deng Wenyi also had a good relationship with Chen Geng, who went to Moscow in 1925 to study at Sun Yat-sen University in Moscow, but after returning to China, he firmly engaged in anti-communist activities, claiming to be "the first person to receive a Russian education and oppose Russia", and was then an officer of the Central Committee of the Revival Society.

Chen Geng was arranged to live in the Jiangxi Grand Hostel in the center of Nanchang, where seven years ago, this was the general headquarters of the Nanchang Uprising, where Chen Geng took on the heavy responsibility of defending Premier Zhou, and now revisiting his hometown, he could not help but blurt out: "I did not expect that today I would revisit such an old place." ”

Deng Wenyi was a close attendant of Chiang Kai-shek, good at observing and observing colors, knowing and interested, and from Chen Geng's feelings, he understood that his will was as hard as iron, so he did not do much exhortation, and he brought a "letter of repentance" written in advance, claiming that as long as Chen Geng signed it, he could get the command of any division.

In the face of Deng Wenyi's good inducement, Chen Geng sternly refused and bitterly refuted it.

Deng Wenyi had no choice but to arrange for him to meet with Old Jiang.

In the afternoon of the same day, Chen Geng was escorted to see Chiang Kai-shek. The guards led him into a spacious living room, and soon there was the sound of slippers creaking down the stairs.

Chiang Kai-shek wanted to take the lead, and still shouted in Zhejiang dialect on the stairs: "Where is Chen Geng?" Where is Chen Geng? ", so that Chen Geng can greet him."

As soon as Chen Geng heard the voice, he reached for a newspaper and pretended not to hear it.

Chiang Kai-shek did not think so, and as soon as he saw Chen Geng, he pretended to be excited and said: "You are Chen Geng, you are Chen Geng and you are a good student of the principal, although you have made mistakes in politics, I can forgive you." ”

Chen Geng smiled coldly, turned his head away, and said, "I don't need your forgiveness." ”

Chiang Kai-shek turned to the left and right and asked Chen Geng how he had been there all these years, how did he get here?

Chen Geng said that he was arrested and taken here by you.

Chiang Kai-shek said, "How can we say that?" Everyone is an old comrade of Huangpu, the Huangpu people should unite to save the country, and the huangpu principal will never kill the Huangpu people. ”

He had forgotten who killed Li Zhilong and Yun Daiying, the Huangpu people.

Faced with the old Chiang Kai-shek's emotional card, Chen Geng was unmoved, and in turn accused the old Chiang Kai-shek of betraying the revolution and launching a counter-revolutionary civil war, and should be responsible for the chaotic situation in the country today.

Old Jiang was so angry that he said, "You have this attitude!" You have this attitude! You should repent! You should repent! ”

The last time the two met, they broke up unhappily.

Chen Geng was arrested: the international anthem was sung in court, the Huangpu students jointly signed the petition, and Chiang Kai-shek even called on the good students

<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="131" ></h1>

Old Jiang, like Gu Zhenglun, was so angry with Chen Geng that he couldn't do it, but he had no choice but to escort him back to Nanjing and lock him up.

And Soong Ching Ling has not given up the rescue of Chen Geng, she directly went to Chiang Kai-shek's home and theorized with him: Without Chen Geng, you would not have lived today, but you treated your savior like this, where did your courtesy, righteousness, and shame go?

Chiang Kai-shek was so ashamed that he did not say a word, and in the face of Soong Ching-ling's righteous words, it took a long time for him to reply: "Sister, it is not that I will not let him go, it is that he is too stubborn to even give me a step down." ”

Now things seem to be in a deadlock, Chen Geng gave way to the old Chiang Kai-shek steps - it is impossible, let General Chen Geng beg for forgiveness in front of Chiang Kai-shek, this is a stain on his lofty faith; old Chiang himself to find a step down - it is impossible, by his own students to rebuke him and let him go, old Chiang can not afford to lose this person.

Therefore, external forces are needed to break the situation, and at this time, Chen Geng's Huangpu Classmate Group has appeared again.

A few days later, Ten people, including Huangpu I students, Song Xilian, Xiao Zanyu, and Xuan Tiewu, jointly signed a petition asking Chiang Kai-shek to release Chen Geng, and of course, for good reasons--to release Chen Geng and use it to impress other Huangpu students in the Red Army.

Unforeseen, Chiang Kai-shek rejected the letter. However, he agreed to give Chen Geng preferential treatment in his life, and transferred him from the gendarmerie headquarters to a small building guarded by guards.

After being locked up like this for more than a month, Chen Geng suddenly found that his care was much more relaxed, and although there were still four or five guards watching him, they allowed him to move in the streets and gained limited "freedom", similar to house arrest.

Chen Geng was not a person who sat still, he began to plan to run. At the same time, after his arrest, the party organization also tried every means to rescue him, because the guards were tight and there was no way to do anything, but now seeing that the guards were slack, they also began to take rescue operations.

One day at the end of May 1933, an underground party member nicknamed "Guangdong Mazi" appeared in Chen Geng's room, and he and Chen Geng had known each other while they were in Shanghai. "Guangdong Mazi" brought instructions from the party organization to rescue him. That night, under the cover of two other underground party members, Chen Geng successfully escaped to heaven.

Chen Geng was arrested: the international anthem was sung in court, the Huangpu students jointly signed the petition, and Chiang Kai-shek even called on the good students

<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="133" ></h1>

Regarding Chen Geng's escape from danger, Bagua Jun was more inclined to be deliberately done by Old Jiang.

Because Old Chiang regarded Enyi as a link between the upper and lower levels, he had to take the lead in preaching Enyi, and once Chen Geng was killed, the impact on our party would not be fatal, but it would be a fatal blow to Old Chiang's reputation.

Principal Jiang, who was full of gratitude and righteousness, was actually ungrateful, and this sentence could directly discredit old Jiang. No one can grasp the life of a Red Army general and the "heroic name of a world" more than the old Chiang Kai-shek who was born in Shanghai Beach.

And the joint petition of the Huangpu students is equivalent to finding a step for old Jiang. Well, it wasn't Chen Geng who I put it myself, but these students who asked for Chen Geng's release were rejected, and then privately allowed Chen Geng to escape. Afterwards, Lao Jiang called these people over and scolded them, and then... Nothing.

So this one way to operate down. Old Jiang retained his face, Chen Geng gained freedom, and the Huangpu students gained the reputation of "caring for the same window", which can be described as the best of three.

General Chen Geng also made no secret of the fact that lao Jiang might have deliberately let him go, and he recorded in his "My Autobiography":

"In April, the authorities used all kinds of intimidation and inducements, and I was not at all moved. Because of the Whampoa relationship, the Red Army was powerful, and the authorities fantasized that Huangpu Sheng, who was influenced by the Red Army, was released. ”

However, it turned out that Old Jiang's wishful thinking had failed.
