Giuliani, 77, has filed numerous lawsuits in multiple states on behalf of the Trump campaign, accusing Democrats of rigging the election without hard evidence.
The Lawyers Disciplinary Committee of the New York State Court of Appeals said "indisputable evidence" showed that Giuliani made false statements to the court, the public and members of Congress as he pushed through allegations of electoral fraud.
The commission noted that Giuliani's "continued attacks on the legitimacy of the 2020 presidential election and the current U.S. President Joe Biden are tearing our country apart." ”

Giuliani can appeal the court's ruling, but the ruling says giuliani may face a permanent disqualification from the law when the lawsuit is concluded.
Trump issued a statement on the 24th, calling Giuliani a "great patriot of the United States" and pointing out that the suspension of his lawyer license is nothing more than a "witch hunt operation".
