Chen-style Taijiquan is an excellent style of martial arts in ancient China, which contains a rich and exquisite practical combat technique. These moves cannot be used in the ring, but self-defense is very effective.

This is a sequel to the 20-move Chen-style Tai Chi Chuan Combat Classic (Part 1), not fighting in the ring, but self-defense is very effective.

11. The green dragon comes out of the water

The enemy steps up to the right and strikes us in the chest and neck with a right palm, and we clasp the enemy's right wrist with our right hand (Figure 11-1). We then press the enemy's right elbow with our left elbow (Figure 11-2). Immediately afterward, we sent our left fist to slam into the enemy's lower abdomen (Figure 11-3).

Twelve, two feet

We hit the enemy in the chest with our right heart elbow and dodged on our backs in the direction of the enemy (Figure 12-1). We quickly turned to the right and kicked the enemy's genitals with our left leg (Figure 12-2). The enemy retreated and flashed, and then we flew up and kicked his right foot in the face or chest (Figure 12-3).

13. Amputation of arms and elbows

The enemy punched me in the chest with a straight right punch, and we quickly intercepted the enemy's right arm with both hands and led it backwards (Figure 13-1). Immediately afterwards, we stepped up at the same time and inserted our left leg between the enemy's legs (Figure 13-2). We then quickly swung our left elbow and hit the enemy's chest with the tip of the elbow (Figure 13-3).

14. Tie the clothes

The enemy punched me in the chest with a straight-forward right punch (Figure 14-1). We immediately turned to the right, grabbed the enemy's right arm with our left hand, and inserted our right foot between the enemy's legs (Figure 14-2). Immediately afterwards, we quickly hit the enemy's heart socket with our right elbow (Figure 14-3).

Fifteen, single whip

The enemy attacks our chest with a right fist (Fig. 15-1). We quickly grabbed the enemy's right wrist with our right hand, and at the same time advanced sideways, using our left arm to lash the enemy's chest or neck (Figures 15-2, 15-3).

Sixteen, the dragon

The enemy slapped me in the chest with a right lunge double push (Figure 16-1). We quickly crouched down, grabbed the enemy's right arm with our right hand, and attacked the enemy's right arm with our left hand, while sweeping the enemy's right leg with our left foot (Figure 16-1, Figure 16-2).

Seventeen, seven stars up

We step in the left palm and poke the enemy in the throat, dodging in the direction of the enemy, while the right fist turns in a circle to pull our left palm away (Figure 17-1, Figure 17-2). We immediately stepped up to the right and fired a right cannon to hit the enemy's throat (Figure 17-3).

XVIII. Cloud Hand

The enemy punched me in the face with a right-hand punch, and we intercepted it with our right hand (Figure 18-1). We then turn left and advance to the enemy's right outer side, with the left elbow against the enemy's chest (Figure 18-2). The enemy turned to the right to dodge our left elbow, and we immediately collapsed forward and pressed the enemy's chest and abdomen with both palms (Figure 18-3).

19. High Detective Horse

The enemy attacked our side with a right punch, and we intercepted it with our left palm (Fig. 19-1). Then we clasp the enemy's right wrist with our left palm and pull it down, while turning to the left and using the right palm to buckle the enemy's right elbow (Figure 19-2). Immediately afterward, we quickly pushed our palms from the side with both hands and knocked the enemy out (Figure 19-3).

20. Double pendulum lotus

The enemy stepped up to my right and grabbed me by the shoulders with both hands (Figure 20-1). Our left arm immediately turns inward and downward, and the right arm is twisted inward and upward in a circle to direct the enemy's center of gravity to the side, while the body turns left, the right leg is lifted, and the enemy's right knee is kicked, and the hands, waist, and right leg work together to throw the enemy on his back (Figure 20-2, Figure 20-3).
