After 20 years of operation, on the basis of ensuring the safety, health and nutrition of products, the taste and packaging of Weigang student milk have become more diverse, delicious and convenient, and the supply methods include fresh milk and yogurt supply between classes, vending equipment, and dairy exclusive services.
In addition, Weigang relies on a strong self-built capillary cold chain logistics system and lean supply chain management capabilities, and constantly uses its own regional low temperature product advantages to provide diversified low-temperature fresh product supply, and constantly tries and breaks through in the development of low-temperature student milk, which has reduced the proportion of Jiangsu normal temperature student milk from the original 60% to the current 15%, and simultaneously expands the share of low-temperature products, especially in the provincial capital Nanjing, 90% of the drinking milk of primary and secondary schools is currently fresh low-temperature products. Since 2018, Weigang's student milk supply has covered 3,530 schools and more than 1.37 million students.

At present, Weigang has built 4 national student drinking milk source bases, and all of them have passed the acceptance, with 2 Chinese student milk production bases, 2 Jiangsu student milk production bases; the production bases are in accordance with the advanced technology of international dairy processing, using closed pipeline continuous production, designing a number of production lines with a daily output of 1100 tons, with a central control system, which can automatically monitor and control the whole process of processing to ensure traceability of quality It has two national laboratories, including dairy DHI measurement center for dairy cows and dairy testing center certified by CNAS, and the whole industry chain has passed 9 major system certifications such as FSSC, EMS and CNAS certification, forming a complete quality control system.
As the first "full cold chain continuous chain demonstration project" in the national dairy industry, Weigang's self-built cold chain network has covered 72 cities across the country, realizing the whole 4 °C cold chain logistics distribution, and the cold chain information of each link is transparent throughout the process, ensuring the freshness and nutrition of every drop of milk.
Actively educate scientific milk drinking knowledge
In order to popularize the knowledge of scientific milk drinking, since 2004, Weigang Dairy has carried out the "10,000 people to see Weigang" project, organized teenagers to carry out dairy enterprise experience tours, and received more than 200,000 people to visit, including about 90,000 teenagers; on this basis, the "fresh education" system was built, and the "fresh education" classroom was promoted into the community, into the campus, and into the classroom, and more than 150 activities have been carried out since 2019, with a total of hundreds of thousands of participants.
