When writing essays, scene descriptions are often involved, such as the lively playground after class, cleaning scenes, etc. At this time, the children's writing is either a little monotonous, or a little messy and unsatisfactory. Today I will talk about a technique for writing large-scale scenes.
Old rules, look at the fragments of famous books to be studied today.
From the huts, from the highway, from the garden, from behind the firewood, from the side of the wheat stack, from all directions, towards the Han family compound. This passage comes from the writer Zhou Libo's work "The Tempest", which describes the vigorous land reform movement of the peasants in the northeast during the Liberation War. This passage consists of four parts: the first part describes where people come from; the second part writes about the weapons in people's hands; the third part writes about the appearance of the people involved in the struggle; and the fourth part is about the momentum of the crowd.
In this passage, the author uses the phrase "with ... Some..." This associated word is described, but the verbs used are different, such as take, lift, pinch, and draw, which enhances the diversity of languages. At the same time, the first three sentences became long sentences, and the sentence pattern changed.
The first and third parts are similar in structure, and all use "A, B, C... What are you doing?" The words "in the hut, on the road, in the garden, behind the firewood, next to the wheat stack", these words are independent of each other, and the words "man, little ga, old lady, old lady" also constitute a juxtaposition. At the same time, the sentence pattern also changed when describing the old lady's clothing.
The fourth part uses figurative rhetoric to depict the overall appearance of the crowd.
In this way, the four parts of the content are organically combined, even if there are many characters depicted, they can be cluttered and not chaotic. The writing style of the first and third parts is like a raging wave, wave after wave, and it is read in a tight rhythm and with great vigour.
When we write an essay, we can also try "A B C ... What are you doing" sentence form. I tried to write a passage about playground activities between classes, hoping to inspire my classmates.
