Xie Jun of the Huaibei Intermediate People's Court went to the Xiangshan District Court to investigate and guide the work

On the morning of October 11, 2021, Xie Jun, member of the party group and director of the Political Department of the Huaibei Intermediate People's Court, and his party went to the Xiangshan District Court to investigate and guide the construction of the cadre team and publicize the work, and Cui Xiaoguang, secretary of the party group and president of the Xiangshan District Court, Ren Xiaodong, director of the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Intermediate Court, Wang Yong, deputy director of the Personnel Department of the Political Department, and other team members of the Xiangshan District Court accompanied the investigation.

Cui Xiaoguang introduced the basic situation of the building of the court contingent in Xiangshan District, the development of key work such as ideological and political construction, the building of leading bodies, the building of a sound party style and a clean government, the reform of the judicial system, and propaganda and public opinion, as well as some problems and difficulties in the current building of the contingent, and put forward ideas for persisting in putting political construction in the first place, persisting in reform and seeking breakthroughs, cultivating party building brands with the characteristics of Xiangshan courts, and strengthening the care mechanism for cadres and police.

Xie Jun fully affirmed the work of the Xiangshan District Court in recent years, holding that the leading body of the Xiangshan District Court has strong control ability, great intensity of work, and relatively obvious results in law enforcement and case handling; in particular, it has overcome the difficulties of a small number of cases, taken the initiative to broaden its thinking, innovated methods, and implemented reform measures such as "dispatching and adjudication of adjudication" and intensive service, and achieved relatively good results.

Xie Jun put forward three requirements for further doing a good job in party building: First, further strengthen political construction. We should persistently regard political construction as the most important task in party building, pay close attention to it, grasp it in a down-to-earth manner, and do a good job in it, and constantly improve the political judgment, political understanding, and political execution ability of the leading bodies. The second is to further strengthen propaganda work. With the help of external forces, multi-channel and multi-dimensional display of court work to the society, timely and effective reporting of the advanced deeds of cadres and policemen, amplifying the benchmarking effect, and letting the public understand the court and understand the court. The third is to further strengthen innovation in party building work. Persist in using party building to lead the construction of teams to promote trial work, conscientiously study, boldly innovate, and solve difficult problems in combination with the actual conditions of the Xiangshan court, increase the enthusiasm of cadres and policemen, care for the treatment and growth of cadres and police, and promote new achievements in court work.
