From September 29 to the National Day period, Han Yong, a second-level researcher of the Langfang Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, led Xu Jie, director of the office of the Langfang Art Museum, and the personnel of the Gu'an County Safety Committee to conduct special supervision and inspection of key hazardous enterprises, crowded places in Gu'an County, and safe production work during the National Day.
The supervision group successively inspected the seventh gas station of China National Petroleum, the tenth gas station of Sinopec, the ninety-sixth oil gas station of Hebei Petroleum and Natural Gas, and Gu'an Huayang Chemical Co., Ltd., inspected the formulation of the safety prevention work plan during the National Day period of each unit, focused on inspecting key parts such as power distribution rooms, fire fighting facilities and equipment, safe evacuation channels, warehouses, and electrical equipment and facilities, and inquired from relevant staff about the construction and operation of the "dual control" mechanism, daily hidden danger investigation, emergency plan, and drills. The supervision team also watched a video firefighting video on the spot.
The inspectors demanded that production and business units must attach great importance to the safe production work during the National Day period, formulate practical and feasible safety precautions that conform to the actual conditions of their units, strengthen duty duty, formulate emergency plans during the festival period, and ensure that once special circumstances occur, they must master how to evacuate personnel and ensure the safety of personnel; they must strengthen the investigation and management of daily hidden dangers, strengthen the rectification of hidden dangers, ensure the safety of production and operation, and ensure that the people of the whole city spend a peaceful and safe festival.
