On the morning of June 13, Han Yong, deputy secretary of the Luquan District CPC Committee, presided over the observation and promotion meeting of the special action for the improvement of the rural human settlement environment in the whole district. Han Yong pointed out that the improvement of the rural living environment is related to the well-being of the people, and is of great significance for improving the rural living environment, promoting rural economic development, and enhancing the happiness and sense of gain of the masses. All leading departments and townships (towns, districts) should actively publicize and launch, create a strong atmosphere, further arouse the enthusiasm and initiative of grass-roots cadres and masses, and promote the development of various work; they should combine it with the study of party history and the special rectification of ideological style and discipline in the whole region to promote the special action of improving the living environment in rural areas in a deep and down-to-earth manner; they should strengthen study, go deep into practice, put an end to "unwillingness to do it, will not do it, and cannot do it" ideologically and in action, and strive to create a strong atmosphere of doing it in middle schools and in schools; they must shoulder their own responsibilities. To form a joint force, the leading departments should clarify the task list and work account, strengthen supervision and guidance, and promote the development of work, and all townships (towns, districts) should regularly carry out observation and training activities, sum up experience, find problems, formulate measures, and complete rectification. It is necessary to reverse the construction period, hang up the chart for combat, classify the problems into categories, and advance them in stages according to the time node to ensure the completion of one item and one item, and the successful completion of various tasks and objectives.
At the meeting, Liu Hanhua gave his opinions on relevant work; the participants watched the special film on the investigation of rural human settlements; the district comprehensive law enforcement brigade, the ecological environment bureau, and the agriculture and rural bureau successively reported on the progress of relevant work and made arrangements for the next step. Before the meeting, the participants successively went to Taitou Village in Shangzhuang Town, Dongren Village in Tongye Town and Beizhai Village in Shangzhai Township to observe the work of toilet transformation, domestic sewage treatment, rural cleaning and garbage treatment, and beautiful courtyard creation.
