Chen Tianguo (1912–1967), a native of Anhui, was an actor. In 1935, he became an actor in the film after the founding of the People's Republic of China. He starred in the film "Tianluodi Network" and played important roles in "Cuigang Red Flag" and "The Great Starting Point". He is the first husband of actor Qin Yi. He committed suicide one day in December 1967 at the Lingyin Temple in Hangzhou
Chen Tianguo studied at Feng Yong University in Shenyang in his early years, and after the September 18 Incident, he engaged in theatrical activities, and in 1932 he went into exile in Beiping and later to Shanghai. In 1935, he entered the Tianyi Film Company as an actor, playing the fisherman Ermao in the film "Sea Burial"
In 1936, he joined the Xinhua Film Company as an actor, and filmed films such as "Little Orphan Girl" as an alcoholic, "Youth March" as a patriotic student, "The Yellow Sea Thief" as Liang Yongnian, and "Sable Cicada" as Li Su.
In 1939, he worked as an actor in a Chinese film studio in Chongqing, and filmed films such as Mr. Mou in "Good Husband", Ding Shixiong in "Plugged in the Wind", and Momotaro Yamada in "Blood Splash Cherry Blossom"
He also performed dramas such as "Fog Chongqing", "Spring and Autumn of Heaven", "Rejuvenation of the Earth" and other dramas, and after 1946, he filmed "Yingfei Human World" in Shanghai "China Electricity" Second Factory, New Era, Dahua, Wuhua and other film companies
"The Fifth Intelligence Officer" as Wang Kexiong, "626 Spy Network" as Captain Zhou, "Blood Splash Sister Flower" as Inspector General, "Pearlescent Treasure" as Wei Tianlong, "Female Thief" as Xu Zhixiang and other films.
In 1949, he became an actor at the Shanghai Film Studio. In 1957, he was persecuted in the misclassification of "rightists" and "ten years". He committed suicide one day in December 1967 at the Lingyin Temple in Hangzhou.
