As of 22:05 yesterday, many places in the province issued a red warning signal for heavy rain, and short-term heavy precipitation occurred in Jinhua, Tonglu, Ninghai, Sanmen, Yuhuan, Yongjia, Yueqing, Wenzhou, Zhuji, Luqiao and other places.

The two committees of Baoan Village summoned party members, women's representatives, and villagers' representatives from Panjia Natural Village to the scene to pull up the cordon, and everyone braved the rain to cut the trees that fell in the road into small sections and transfer them. Zhang Qiyong, secretary of the village party committee and director of the village committee, contacted his friends and transferred excavators and forklifts from the nearby construction site to carry out road clearance.
At more than 6 p.m., party members and cadres in Fenshui Town, Houtian Speed Rescue and other forces rushed to the scene to participate in the rescue. As of 7:30 p.m. that night, the landslide from Panjia Natural Village to Anti-Mountain road had been cleared and resumed. As of 8 o'clock this morning, the total rainfall in Bao'an Village has reached 141.9 mm, and there are no casualties in the village.
