On October 23, 2021, the Hongfuyuan community in Beiqijia Town, Changping District, was adjusted to a high-risk area. At about 13:00 on October 25, Changping police received 110 alarms saying that some epidemic prevention workers had been beaten in the Hongfuyuan community. After receiving the alarm, the police quickly rushed to the scene and carried out their work. After investigation, at about 12 o'clock on the same day, Chen Mou (male, 31 years old), a resident of Hongfuyuan Community, walked to pass through the exit of the underground garage of the community, but when dissuaded by the community epidemic prevention staff, Chen refused to listen and beat the staff. At present, the police have filed a criminal investigation against Chen in accordance with the law.
