Drink a large bowl every day, but with little effect. Until I was confined, let my father brew his own sweet wine, my mother boiled me black beans every day to make sweet wine eggs, and on the third day of drinking this, I began to breastfeed exclusively. Then there was a few days in the middle of the occasional lack of milk, the baby had to eat 1-2 meals of milk a day, so I went to the pharmacy to buy some grass, stewed ribs with grass, and drank it intermittently 5 times. Until now, I have been exclusively breastfeeding for almost a month. If my baby doesn't suck for more than 2-3 hours, I'll get milk and the milk will spill out.

2. Maintain a good mood and ensure adequate sleep

Even during the period when I was short of milk, I found that as long as I slept more, my milk would be secreted accordingly, so I took my baby to bed during the day and slept freely. Once one night because the baby is noisy, if I sleep less, the milk will be particularly less, and the milk will be more depressed, a vicious circle...

3, do not worry about obesity, diet to lose weight

Pay attention to your daily diet so as not to "inadvertently" eat something back to your milk. I was pregnant before 95 pounds, after giving birth to the baby there are 116 pounds, especially on the stomach meat is particularly much, and loose, the body shape is not good, I am very distressed about such a figure, extremely eager to be able to lose weight before pregnancy, I began to secretly diet weight loss, three meals began to halve, try to eat more vegetarian dishes, eat less meat, suddenly found that breast milk began to decrease again, I began to panic, know that I can no longer diet, and then still according to the same, drink more water and eat more, soup also drink more, soup also drink more, Slowly get better, the weight has not increased, if you lose weight, you still have to rely on exercise, no matter when you diet to lose weight is not good.
