On September 25th, the 2021 China Chengdu Wang Guangqi Academic Seminar on "Talking Difficult Course and Finding Revolutionary Pioneers" jointly sponsored by Sichuan Conservatory of Music and Wenjiang District People's Government was officially opened in Wenjiang District. The purpose of this seminar is to solidly carry out the study and education activities of party history, recall the great journey of the party, draw continuous and profound struggle from the history of the party, and deeply remember Mr. Wang Guangqi, trace the red mark of Mr. Wang Guangqi, further inherit and carry forward the spirit of Guangqi, and expand the brand influence of Guangqi music culture.
The opening ceremony of the 2021 China Chengdu Wang Guangqi Academic Seminar was presided over by Yong Dunquan, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and director of the Propaganda Department of the Sichuan Conservatory of Music, Li Mei, member of the Standing Committee of the Wenjiang District CPC Committee and director of the Propaganda Department, and Sun Hongbin, vice president of the Sichuan Conservatory of Music, attended the seminar and delivered speeches.

This seminar is the seventh time that Wenjiang District has held a Guangqi Academic Seminar, attracting more than 30 experts and scholars from all over the country to study Wang Guangqi Academics.
The seminar lasted for two days and had three keynote speeches, and experts and scholars will exchange and discuss six topics, including "Research on the Ideological Transformation of Advanced Chinese Intellectuals in the 1910s and 1920s", "Pioneer Road - Young China and China's Democratic Revolution", and "Wang Guangqi's 'Music to Save the Country' Thought Research".
During the seminar, experts and scholars visited the Wang Guangqi Memorial Hall, the Sichuan-Tibet Highway Museum and other cultural tourism sites. At the closing ceremony on September 26, the award ceremony of the third "Guangqi Cup" National College Art Academic Essay Competition will also be held.
As the hometown of Mr. Guangqi, Wenjiang has always been committed to inheriting and carrying forward the spirit of Guangqi, actively excavating and researching the cultural resources of Guangqi, focusing on shaping the brand of Guangqi music culture, and promoting Guangqi music culture to become an important influence of Chengdu, Sichuan and even international music culture.

Wenjiang has successively held 7 academic seminars on Wang Guangqi and published a 3 million-word "Collected Writings of Wang Guangqi", which has had a great impact at home and abroad.

The Guangqi Memorial Hall and the Guangqi Music Square were built, which became an important patriotic education base and a city cultural business card.
The annual Guangqi Music Festival was held, and the "Wang Guangqi Literary and Art Award" was established, which promoted the prosperity of regional literature and art and the cultivation and promotion of outstanding literary and artistic talents.
Wenjiang takes the light prayer music culture as the core to promote the development of the music culture industry. With "music + tourism" as the engine, we will actively promote the construction of new scenes of music consumption such as happy pastoral music light shows and music parks; make full use of the music resources of the school in the district, vigorously promote school music cooperation, and jointly create the opera "Wang Guangqi" and street performer performance projects with Sichuan Conservatory of Music, Sichuan Arts Vocational College and other colleges and universities, injecting new vitality into Guangqi music culture.
