Cheng Siyuan (17 September 1908 – 28 July 2005), real name Cheng Si'an, was a Chinese political activist from Binyang County, Guangxi Province. In his early years, he studied at Binyang Huang'an Academy and changed his name to Cheng Siyuan. In his youth, he threw himself into the pen and crossed between Chiang Kai-shek and Li Zongren, participated in the planning of major historical events such as opposing Chiang Kai-shek, helping Li Zongren to run for "vice president", and forcing Chiang To go down, and in the 10 years from April 1956 to June 1965, he was promoted to Premier Zhou Enlai five times.
