From September 14 to 15, Zhou Bing, director of the Office of the Provincial Economic Responsibility Joint Conference, led a team to Langzhong City and Linshui County to investigate the implementation of the authorized economic responsibility audit in 2021.
Zhou Bing visited the personnel of the audit team, listened to the reports of the Guang'an Municipal Audit Bureau on the two audit groups going to Langzhong City and Deyang City Audit Bureau to Linshui County, affirmed the work of the audit team, and gave guidance and replies on some questions and instructions.
Zhou Bing put forward requirements for the next stage of the audit team's work, first, there is a targeted and focused focus. Focus on issues related to audited leading cadres, especially important issues and transfer matters. Earnestly implement the requirements of the "three distinctions", the characterization of problems should be accurate, and the audit recommendations should be realistic. The second is to concentrate on wisdom and improve quality. Collectively discuss and concentrate wisdom on the heavy and difficult problems of the lock, reveal industry and field problems, and serve the high-quality development of the local economy. The third is to check for omissions and fill in the gaps and improve evidence. According to the audit points and plans, sort out the audit content, and make the chain of responsibility clear and the audit evidence sufficient for the problems currently found.
When Zhou Bing investigated the economic responsibility audit work of the Langzhong Municipal Audit Bureau, he pointed out that it is necessary to take multiple measures to improve the ability and quality of auditors, and improve the professional ability of personnel through "peer exchanges, backbone lectures, and post training".
