Zhang Zhongde: The treatment plan of Chinese medicine is the same, and there are also different. But in terms of what it specifically falls into the treatment of drugs, because Chinese medicine has changed slightly according to its regional differences, but the general direction is the same. For example, most of the use of "three parties and three drugs" at the same time, according to the local living environment, living habits, environmental factors, climatic factors and the patient's physique have some small differences, to some local differences in some things into, but overall still unchanged, first of all, its core disease mechanism has not changed, its cause is unchanged, prescription medication is roughly the same, but there are appropriate adjustments.
Zhou Bing: If we talk about this idea from the perspective of the Junchen Zuo envoy of Chinese medicine, then which one is the "three parties and three medicines"?

Zhang Zhongde: Yes, we still use the method of wen disease in Guangdong in Yunnan to treat it, but there are also some patients who use the tongfang "lung clearing and detoxification soup" for treatment. At the same time, some patients, when the symptoms of "lung clearing and detoxification soup" are not particularly suitable, we will switch to the prescription of warm disease.
Zhou Bing: You just mentioned one, because of different geographical environments, different eating habits, different adjustments, which kind of medicine is regulated, or what additions and subtractions are made?
Zhang Zhongde: In principle, we do not make big adjustments, but if it is in the southern region, the humidity and heat are relatively heavy, then we will increase the amount of plaster and herbs. Because it is our southern region, Yunnan, Guangxi, Fujian, Guangdong this side of the summer and humidity is very heavy, this kind of May day, April and March, some places are already very hot, different from the north. When we went to Liaoning in March, it was already twenty-eighty-nine degrees and thirty degrees, and it rained again, so the summer humidity was very heavy, so we increased the heat-relieving and wet-reducing drugs in it, and we mainly reduced the wetness of the surface, so we were in (plus) the amount of herbs and gypsum would be larger, and the amount of heat and humidity would be more, such as barley, coix, some of which we would increase the amount of Cangshu, anyway, we are targeting the southern region, this is the summer and humidity of the climate from March to May, Combined with the degree of heating to adjust appropriately, the effect is very good.
Zhou Bing: This time Guangzhou has undergone some changes, and then everyone is also paying more attention, this time is also based on the "three parties and three medicines" as the core?
Zhang Zhongde: There are "three parties and three drugs", there are also "lung clearing detoxification soup", there are also some good drugs in Guangdong itself to fight against the new crown, plus this time the disease is a different strain, so in terms of drug use, we use the three together, the original Guangdong's better party "pneumonia no. 1 party", and then "lung detoxification soup", plus combined with the current, we also choose our "Dachai Hu soup", "Fuzheng lung soup".

Zhang Zhongde: Yes, one is Wu Jutong, one is Ye Tianshi, one is Wu Youke, these three are warm and sick, plus Zhang Zhongjing, who is miscellaneous, this fight against the epidemic should mainly come from the theoretical system and basic formula of the four people. No matter what you do in the future, all the parties are adjusted and cut out from the theoretical system within these four people and his original party according to the differences of the present.
Zhou Bing: From Wu Youke to Ye Tianshi to Wu Jutong, there is a lineage of nearly 100 years between them, and then they have been solving various plagues and plagues that have emerged in China.

Zhang Zhongde: Because their drugs are here, they also summarize the humid temperature in the Lingnan region, Zhejiang, southern Fujian, and this temperature uses the temperature disease theory system, which is also called the plague or epidemic theory system, which is a kind of wet poison, depression knot, heat dampness, poison, heat, and depression that appear in this season. Zhang Zhongde: The innovative change is that in the process of application, this generation of Chinese medicine people will use it comprehensively and not exclude it. Neither typhoid fever nor temperature disease is excluded, and warm disease can be combined with typhoid fever. I think this is the benefit of it, judged by the efficacy of the patient, not by the door, more inclusive and more comprehensive. Ancient people had different ways of obtaining information than modern people, and those who read "Typhoid Fever" in the past must have to understand things in the South, which is quite difficult, right? Now different, the world's things, an hour I can understand clearly, its comprehensive information is even bigger, the composition of this prescription medicine in the north is really based on typhoid fever, the northerners look at his south is really based on this, but there is a small part of the two is communication, he will have a comprehensive. So now people, learning to tolerate the industry is wider, easier to synthesize.
