The thin, crunchy texture of tile biscuits makes people can't stop slicing one after another, but most of them are made with refined low-gluten flour, cream and white sugar to increase the aroma of the biscuits, although they are delicious, they will also make blood sugar, blood lipids and weight out of control. So I've turned the cookie into a healthier afternoon snack, whether it's pumpkin seeds or almond chips, both of which are high-quality sources of nut oil.
Ingredient:
Pumpkin seeds 110 grams
1 egg
1 egg white
Whole wheat flour 25 grams
Maltitol 40 grams
20 grams of olive oil
Tool:
1 tablespoon
1 circle mould (5~7 cm size).
Stirrer 1 pc
1 clean container (or small steel basin).
1 piece of baking paper

Method:
1. Put an egg, an egg white and maltitol in a steel basin, and stir well with a stirrer for later use.
2. Add olive oil and stir evenly into an emulsified form, pour in pumpkin seeds and whole wheat flour in order, mix well, and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour for later use.
3. The oven can be preheated at 150 degrees above or below for 15 minutes, while preheating, the baking tray is covered with baking paper, and a spoonful of pumpkin seed batter is scooped into a circle mold to smooth it into a round and thin slice, and then put it in the oven.
Tip: The flatter and thinner the batter, the better, so that the baked tile cookies will be crispier.
4. Bake at 150 degrees for 15 minutes, then bake at 160 degrees for 5 minutes, and let it cool on the iron net after cooking. The time depends on the fire condition of each oven, and the oven temperature and baking time can be adjusted by yourself.
Tips:
Maltitol can be used to replace white sugar, because it is low in calories and sweeter than sucrose.
The process of making flakes should be slowly pushed and flattened, baked at a lower temperature, and it is recommended to quickly put them in a sealed jar after cooling, otherwise it is easy to absorb moisture and regain moisture, affecting the taste of tile biscuits.
Pumpkin seeds can also be replaced with almond slices to make "almond tile biscuits", which has a different flavor.
