02 Form [Assign Class] field and form attribute settings

1) In the [Current Number of People] field, the default value is selected to edit the formula, as shown in the figure to set the formula.

2) Set up 1 data assistant for form submission, and the name is Modify Class Size.

Add the execution action of modifying data, select the target form [Student], add filter conditions and corresponding modification fields, set it to [Finish] and save the data assistant.

03 Form [Student] field and form attribute settings

1) [Name] field, select Formula Edit by default, set the formula as shown in the figure, and set the operation permission to Invisible.

2) [Course] field, set the association table to [Registration Fee] and select the association field as shown in the figure, and set the number of data to be displayed as multiple.

Set the association conditions, and the [Student] and [Mobile Number] fields are used as the association conditions.

04 Form [Stage Evaluation] field and form attribute settings

1) [Name] field, select Formula Edit by default, set the formula as shown in the figure, and set the operation permission to Invisible.

[Total Score] field, the default value is to select formula editing, as shown in the figure to set the formula.

[Assessment Details] subform field, set the default value to data linkage, set the linkage condition and linkage field.

05 Form [Registration Fee] field and form attribute settings

1) [Registration Fee Serial Number], [Date of Birth], [Gender], [Total Lesson Hours Purchased], and [Associated Receipt Number] fields, set the operation authority to invisible.

2) [Purchase Total Lesson Hours] field, the default value is selected to edit the formula, as shown in the figure to set the formula.

3) Set up 1 data assistant for form submission, and the name is Turn to Intended Learner.

Switch to the data assistant of the intended learner, add the execution action of the new data, select the target form [Student], select the corresponding assignment field, set it and click [Finish] to save the data assistant.

4) Set two explicit and implicit rules for the form attributes, when the [Purchase Course Type] field is equal to a single purchase, the [Purchase Course] field will be displayed. When the Purchase Course Type field equals the combination, the Combination Offer field is displayed.

06 Form [Withdrawal] field and form attribute settings

1) [Name] field, select Formula Edit by default, set the formula as shown in the figure, and set the operation permission to Invisible.

Set the default value of the Refund Type field to "Withdrawn", and set the operation permission to Invisible.

In the [Total Refund Amount] field, the default value is selected to edit the formula, as shown in the figure to set the formula.

2) [Withdrawal Details. Withdrawal Item] field, set the default value to data linkage, and set the linkage condition and linkage field.

07 Form [Transfer] field and form attribute settings

1) [Name] field, select Formula Edit by default, set the formula as shown in the figure, and set the operation permission to Invisible.

The [Transfer Serial Number], [Total Lesson Hours Purchased], [Settlement Amount], and [Receipt/Refund Order] fields are set to invisible.

The Charge Type field is set to default to "Transfer".

4) Set up 1 data assistant for form submission, the name is in and out, and the assistant has two execution actions.

Add the execution action of the new data, select the target form [Transfer (In)], select the corresponding assignment field, set it and click [Finish] to save the data assistant.
