On October 23, Pingshan County held two "second half" articles on reform and a training meeting on urban and rural community development governance. Luo Xin, deputy secretary of the county party committee and secretary of the party committee of Pingshan Town, presided over the training meeting.

This training invited Zhang Haibo, secretary general of Chengdu Urban and Rural Community Development governance promotion association, and Cai Jie, chief of the grass-roots political power construction and community governance section of Yibin Civil Affairs Bureau, to give in-depth and simple explanations on the two aspects of "urban and rural community development governance" and "two reforms 'second half' articles and community governance", combined with actual cases.

After the training, Luo Xin put forward work requirements to all the participants. He stressed that all participants in the training should further enhance their ideological understanding, accurately grasp the context of residents' needs, and properly solve the problems of the most direct practical interests that residents are most concerned about. It is necessary to seriously sum up and think, combine the spirit of this training meeting with the reality of community governance, and achieve knowledge in action and apply what we have learned. It is necessary to explore the governance model of Ping Shan and contribute to the experience of Ping Shan in accordance with the framework form of "reasonable layout, livable and moderate, coordinated blocks, diversified subjects, high quality services, diverse forms, warm and harmonious".
