Ten days of self-discipline have brought me some small achievements.

❶Read two novels "There is a commissary by the clouds" and "Paradise Tour"

I'm also trying to write novels myself, so I read novels to find ideas and inspiration.

❷Read Porridge Zolo's Learning to Write and make mind maps.

❸ Attended the Ace Of Arms Novel Class and began to write his first novel work.

❹ Started updating content in the headlines, gaining 180+ likes and 16 followers in 20 days.

Regarding how to achieve self-discipline, I will give you some simple suggestions with more than ten days of practice and lessons:

First, get up early

There was a time before, I was addicted to games, playing every day until the early morning to bed, and the next day I had to get up early to go to work. Although I am not very sleepy during the day, I can clearly feel that the work efficiency cannot be improved, and the mental state is not good enough.

During the National Day holiday, I returned to my hometown to live a good retirement life in advance, accompanied by the elderly and children every day, occasionally went to the mountains to walk around, three meals a day life regularity, coupled with running and fatigue, every night at ten o'clock to fall asleep.

On the first morning of work, I woke up naturally at five o'clock, closed my eyes and continued to sleep as usual, and found that I was not sleepy. So I simply sat up, opened my phone and continued to read my e-book.

The biggest impact of getting up early is that I was sleepy very early at night, barely staying up until my brother fell asleep, and around ten o'clock, I was so sleepy that I couldn't open my eyes.

In the past, it was a habit to pile up a lot of things to do at night, but now the bad spirits at night affect the progress of the plan, so I moved everything to the morning to do it. After waking up early, the brain is unusually awake, first punching in the completion of the previous day's plan, and then writing a diary, which is very efficient.

Another benefit is that it will be very rewarding to complete part of the day's tasks early in the morning.

I use the tick list column plan, which is divided into two parts.

1. List of daily events

It is what needs to be done every day, and at present, it mainly includes the update of the circle of friends, the update of Weibo, the update of today's headlines, and the gratitude diary.

This week, I have added parent-child moments, hoping to add some effective companionship every day to record the growth moments of the brother.

2. Habit list

The list of habits includes reading for half an hour a day, writing more on a day, getting learned, and taking care of your skin seriously. These four need to be completed and clocked in every day.

There are also two workouts and English improvement, which are done every Monday to Friday, and give yourself a holiday on the weekend.

The function of the tick list is still very powerful, recording the punch card every day, you can set the cycle time of each task, and you can also view the comprehensive data of the weekly month, which is very intuitive.

3. Punch in

Looking back on the past ten days, I don't dare to believe that the patients with procrastination + lazy cancer who once had late stages of cancer can now complete so many tasks every day and insist on punching the clock.
