On 25 June 2021, the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of China Construction Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") deliberated and passed the resolution on the election of Mr. Leung Kam-song as an independent director of the Bank. The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission has now approved the qualifications of Mr. Leung Kam-song, who has been formally appointed as an independent director of the Bank and serves as a member of the Strategic Development Committee, Risk Management Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board.
