Therefore, Ming Daoyun: "The learning of a gentleman, Mo Ruo is a great duke, and things come and adapt." If you arrange your thinking with selfish intentions, you are "selfish with wisdom".

Here, Mr. Yang Ming first pointed out that the original mind is the Heavenly Principle, and the Heavenly Principle is one, which cannot be obtained by relying on thoughts, but through inner awareness, comprehension, and experience. Why can't heavenly principles be attained through contemplation? Because the principles of heaven are originally immovable and emotional. Confucius said: "Yi has no thoughts, no actions, no movement, and no movement, and the reason why the world is connected." It means that the Tao told in the Book of Changes has no thoughts, no action, silence and peace, motionlessness, sympathy.
The Tao is self-identical, immovable, and at the same time contained in all things, pervading everything, and people are aware of it and accessible through induction. In order to sense the Tao, people need to be quiet in their hearts and not be blinded by material desires. The original mind is the principle of heaven, and the diligent efforts of the cultivators are not to add anything to the original mind, but to restore the original state and state of the original mind, and naturally they can communicate with the Tao. The essence and function of the mind are restored, and man is omniscient and omnipotent. Heaven is selfless, and if people speculate and seek based on their own intentions, it is contrary to the Tao and will inevitably fail to attain the Tao.
It is precisely because of this that Mr. Mingdao said that it is the foundation of learning to conform to things. The so-called "Kuoran Dagong" is to have a clear heart and no selfishness; The so-called "things to conform" is to follow the principles of nature to treat external objects and deal with things, neither resigned to it, nor forced to press the bull's head.
