Yang Hua, a professor at the Central University of Finance and Economics, and Wu Ming, a professor at Peking University, respectively made keynote reports on the two topics of "building a long-term care service talent team" and "promoting the construction of a long-term care insurance system".
Huang Shisong defined the basic connotation of "old man" from the two dimensions of "older" in age and "older" in physical function, and clearly outlined the "group portrait" of "old man". According to the report, by 2023, the number of "elderly people" in Beijing will not be less than 887,400, and by 2035 it will exceed 1.456 million. This paper systematically analyzes the experiences of Germany and Japan from the dimensions of occupational division of labor, job differences, and cross-attribution. She believes that to achieve the benign development of the mainland's long-term care service talent team, it is necessary to make efforts from the following aspects: first, stabilize the existing nursing talent team to ensure its legitimate rights and interests; the second is to optimize the training mechanism of nursing talents, and expand the professional scope of registered nurses and medical nurses; the third is to improve the training and education system of nursing professionals and reform the current training system; Fourth, the use of potential human resources to play the role of mutual assistance for the elderly; Fifth, improve the policy system of support for formal and informal elderly caregivers.
