This year's film festival is hosted by the National Film Administration and the China Cultural Center in Paris, and organized by CCTV-6 Film Channel and China Film Archive. The organizing committee has selected 10 of the latest films released in China in recent years, and from May 13, they will be screened in French cooperative theaters for more than a month.
Fengshen Part 1: Song of the Storm
The movie "Fengshen Part 1" is the opening work of the "Fengshen Trilogy", which tells the story of the tyrannical and unscrupulous Shang king Yin Shou, and the awakening of Ji Fa, the son of Xibohou. The film is based on the classic god and demon novel "Romance of the Gods", which tells the story of a protracted mythological war between humans, immortals and demons more than 3,000 years ago, and composes a magnificent Chinese mythological epic.
"Fengshen Trilogy" was filmed almost entirely in Qingdao. The filming process in the Oriental Film Metropolis is even more impressive, not only using the 10,000-meter studio of the Oriental Film Metropolis Industrial Park, but also using the Zangmashan Film and Television City and other locations.
Wandering Earth 2
The story of the movie "The Wandering Earth 2" revolves around the previous work of "The Wandering Earth", which is based on the era of the plan to build 10,000 planetary engines, telling the story of the "solar crisis" is coming, the world is in a panic, 10,000 planetary engines are under construction, and mankind will face the dual challenges of apocalyptic disasters and life survival.
More than 90% of the film's scenes were filmed in Qingdao, and 17 studios in the Oriental Film and Television Industrial Park were used, with a setting area of up to 58,000 square meters.
