In order to make every effort to prepare for the emergency rescue of earthquake disasters and accidents, we will continuously improve the comprehensive emergency rescue capabilities of fire and rescue personnel to ensure that the team can "pull, rush, and win" in the first time. On May 11, the Xiangning County Fire and Rescue Brigade simulated the occurrence of a 5.0 earthquake in its jurisdiction, and the drill adopted the method of "unplanned pulling, whole-process guidance, all-element command, all-real-life operation, and full-post assessment" to carry out a comprehensive drill of unplanned earthquake actual combat pulling.
Before the exercise, the brigade set up a temporary party organization, set up a party member commando, and carried out activities such as flag awarding and mobilization, reviewing the oath of joining the party, and joining the team, so that the party flag always fluttered high on the front line of the exercise.
After the team arrived at the simulated disaster area, they set up subjects that were closely related to the actual earthquake rescue and the scene to be consistent with the actual combat to the greatest extent, and set up multiple subjects such as manual search, demolition rescue, jacking rescue, and personnel rescue in detail. For the first time, high-tech equipment such as multi-functional unmanned aerial vehicles, helicopters, and off-road communication command vehicles were applied to the earthquake disaster site, mainly responsible for reconnaissance and risk removal, material handling, emergency rescue and other work. In the face of the reality of the exercise site, the brigade's communication support team quickly established a visual command and dispatch system, and used 4G individual soldiers, voice, image ad hoc network, and 4G ball control to grasp the movement of the participating forces in real time. Ensure that the emergency communication at the disaster site "forms a network, follows the person, is not interrupted, can be connected, can be seen, can be heard clearly, can be transmitted in pictures, and can be analyzed", so as to ensure that the communication of all participating fire and rescue personnel is unimpeded.
In addition, the drill also tested the combat effectiveness of a number of new earthquake rescue equipment, such as a small space cornerable hydraulic demolition tool set and a life detector. Comprehensively, realistically, and accurately preset the situations that may occur in real rescues in training.
The logistics support team anchored the goal of "immediate support, on-the-job support, and whole-process support", scientifically formulated support plans for camp construction, personnel diet, equipment and equipment, and medical aid according to the requirements of the drill and the actual situation of the team, and assigned personnel and posts to implement relevant support tasks. Organize on-site processing by cooks to effectively improve the level of dietary security. According to the demand for equipment and equipment on the rescue front line and the wear and tear, the equipment and materials are allocated in a timely manner to effectively ensure the continuous combat capability of the team and lay a solid foundation for the successful completion of various rescue tasks in the exercise.
The drill has achieved results, the subjects are comprehensive, the scenes are close to the actual disaster, unity and cooperation, safety and order, the difficulty of the subjects and the technical ability of the team have been improved compared with last year, showing a strong professional level and excellent fighting style.
