Build a solid group detection and group defense system
Establish a four-level geological disaster prevention and control management system at the county, township, village and group levels, implement 290 responsible persons and group survey and group prevention personnel in townships and villages, and distribute more than 400 geological disaster prevention and prevention cards, more than 2,800 geological disaster prevention and avoidance cards, and more than 5,000 publicity materials, so that there are "cards" at home and paintings on the wall, so as to effectively improve the ability of the masses of people to prevent and avoid disasters. Strictly implement the 24-hour on-duty system, smooth information reporting channels, ensure timely and accurate reporting of emergency information, quickly and properly handle emergencies at the first time, and effectively achieve tasks to posts, responsibilities to people, and management in place.
Build a solid investigation and evaluation system
Issued the "Xiangyun County Annual Geological Disaster Prevention and Control Plan", clear investigation time, scope and work focus, townships and relevant departments in accordance with the division of responsibilities, the jurisdiction and industry in the field of geological disasters to carry out full coverage of geological hazards, re-investigation, remediation, key towns and towns of key areas to coordinate experts to provide technical guidance, early planning, early deployment, early start, early implementation, early results, go all out to curb the risk of casualties and property losses caused by geological disasters in the bud. At present, the county has dispatched more than 350 people, and a total of more than 300 inspections have been carried out to further find out the bottom number of hidden dangers and do a good job in the assessment of geological disaster susceptibility and risk.
Build a solid monitoring and early warning system
Continue to deepen the monitoring and early warning network system of "civil air defense + technical defense". The county's 30 geological disaster monitoring and early warning projects are in full normal operation, and the requirements of the construction of the monitoring and early warning network system of "civil air defense + technical defense" and "combination of groups and specializations, and equal emphasis on special groups" have been further implemented. At the same time, it actively cooperates with the county meteorological department to do a good job in the early warning and forecasting of geological disasters in the rainy season, provides accurate and timely meteorological information for the prevention and control of geological disasters, and realizes the continuous and dynamic monitoring of geological disasters, benefiting more than 5,600 people.
Build a comprehensive governance system
Strictly implement the "four determinations" management of geological disaster engineering governance, namely: designating people, fixed points, timing, and determining responsibilities, and consider engineering governance and ecological protection, land use security, rural revitalization, etc., and strive to open up a new world for geological disaster engineering management, so as to achieve "thorough treatment and scientific prevention". At present, 22 geological disaster control projects have been completed, about 59 million yuan of funds have been sought from the superiors, 5,129 people have been protected, 239.17 million yuan of property has been protected, and 3 geological disaster projects are under construction.
