In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the relevant meetings of the central, provincial and municipal governments, and make every effort to carry out the investigation and rectification of risks and hidden dangers in the field of transportation, the Transportation Bureau of Hanyin County has established 5 road safety hazard investigation teams since May 2 to comprehensively carry out the special rectification work of road safety hazard investigation.
Highway operations. Focusing on county and township roads, bridges and culverts and other transportation infrastructure, for high slopes, water and cliffs, easy to accumulate water and other road sections, whether there are cracks, settlement, subsidence and damage in the pavement structure, slope and protective structure, whether the drainage facilities are smooth, whether there is damage, siltation, leakage and other problems have been carried out a comprehensive investigation, and since May 2, more than 390 kilometers of county and township roads, 17 bridges, and 44 hidden dangers have been found to be rectified, and temporary measures have been taken to deal with them. At the same time, guide and supervise all towns to investigate and rectify potential safety hazards on the roadbed and slope of the village group highway within their jurisdiction, and establish a dynamic safety hazard ledger to ensure the safety and smoothness of the county's roads.
Road transport. Focusing on the safety supervision of passenger (cargo) vehicles in the county, enterprises are required to pay close attention to weather and road condition information, strengthen the thorough investigation of the low-lying sections of their operating routes, strengthen the safety risk research and judgment of operating routes in case of bad weather, and adjust the operating routes according to regulations. Effectively enhance the sense of responsibility and urgency, conscientiously perform safety duties, improve the internal safety management system, and strengthen the safety education and training of drivers. At present, a total of more than 40 law enforcement officers have been dispatched, 7 enterprises have been investigated, and 3 hidden dangers have been rectified in place.
Comprehensive law enforcement of transportation. Continue to maintain the high-pressure situation of road law enforcement, increase the intensity and frequency of law enforcement inspections, cooperate with the public security traffic police to continue to carry out in-depth joint law enforcement, and severely crack down on illegal overloading of freight vehicles. Arrange for traffic law enforcement personnel to strictly investigate and deal with illegal and illegal operations of road passenger transport and taxi passenger transport in crowded areas such as bus stations, railway stations, residential areas, hospitals, and schools. From May 2 to the present, 3 vehicles have been criticized and warned for uncivilized behavior, and 4 people have been organized to sign a letter of commitment not to engage in illegal business activities.
Engineering construction. Focus on the inspection of the S213 Phoenix Mountain Tunnel and lead project and rural road safety life protection project and other projects under construction, focusing on the construction station, tunnel entrances and exits, riverside road sections, high-risk slopes and easy to collapse section of the potential safety hazards, check the construction log of each construction unit, on-site safety management, etc., require the construction unit to perform their duties effectively, the construction station to avoid collapse, collapse, landslide, debris flow and other geological disasters, further clarify the flood control responsibility system, refine the flood plan and personnel evacuation and avoidance planPrepare sufficient materials, make emergency preparations at any time, focus on the dispatch of major hidden dangers or problems found, quickly implement rectification measures, and seize the construction progress under the condition of ensuring the safety of the construction site.
