Chenggu Highway Section: Solidly carry out preventive maintenance and continuously improve service quality

In order to further improve the quality and service level of the roads under its jurisdiction, and ensure the safety and smoothness of the roads under its jurisdiction. Recently, in accordance with the requirements of the preventive maintenance work specification, the Chenggu Highway Section organized the maintenance workers of each road class to carry out the preventive maintenance of the pavement in G108 and G316.

Before carrying out the preventive maintenance project of the pavement, the Chenggu Highway Section organized relevant technical personnel to conduct a comprehensive investigation of the road condition information under its jurisdiction, mastered the road traffic conditions, and registered the need to carry out maintenance of the pavement. During the construction, the construction personnel strictly follow the requirements of the "Technical Specifications for Highway Maintenance" to clean, blow soot, paste joints and compact the road surface...... Ensure that the seams are cleaned thoroughly, the seams are tight, the road surface is neat, and the line is beautiful. At the same time, the on-site construction personnel should take good care of safety, further standardize highway maintenance operations, make safety preparations before construction, standardize the layout of the construction site, set up safety warning signs, wear clothing with obvious signs, and arrange special personnel to guide traffic to ensure the safety and orderliness of the maintenance site. Up to now, more than 60 personnel and 10 vehicles have been invested, with a total of 4,000 meters of seams, which has effectively improved the performance index of the road surface and delayed the further expansion of highway diseases.

In the next step, the Chenggu Highway Section will focus on preventive maintenance, adhere to the early and practical work first, and make every effort to promote the strong atmosphere of "treating dirty mess, making up for diseases, improving greening, and strengthening road conditions", promote the specialization, refinement and standardization of highway maintenance, and continuously improve the level of highway maintenance.
