In order to promote the institutionalization, standardization and normalization of the "CPPCC + Court" diversified resolution mechanism for civil and commercial disputes, on the morning of May 11, Gao Zhenwei, vice chairman of the CPPCC and chairman of the Municipal Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, and his party went to the Tumut Zuoqi People's Court to carry out research. Relevant leaders of the Hohhot Intermediate People's Court, the Tuzuoqi CPPCC, and the Tuzuoqi People's Court, as well as some municipal and banner CPPCC members, accompanied the investigation.

The research team inspected the Tuzuoqi Court's Litigation and Mediation Center, Litigation Service Center, CPPCC Member Mediation Room and other places, and then held a symposium. At the meeting, Li Hong, director of the Social and Legal Committee of the CPPCC, introduced the purpose, direction and key content of the investigation, and Jia Xizhong, president of the Qi People's Court, introduced the construction of a diversified dispute resolution mechanism for the courts.
In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's instructions of "insisting on putting the non-litigation dispute resolution mechanism in the forefront", and promote the innovation and development of the "CPPCC + court" diversified resolution mechanism for civil and commercial disputes, the Tumut Left Banner People's Court has established the "Tumut Left Banner Litigation Source Governance CPPCC Member Studio" in the litigation service center, which has built a linkage work platform for CPPCC members to receive visitors, provide services and consultations, collect social conditions and public opinions, carry out democratic consultations, and actively participate in the management of litigation sources. As of the end of April 2024, the studio has received a total of 22 court-appointed cases, and 8 have been successfully mediated, with a success rate of 36.36%, of which 3 have been judicially confirmed according to the application of the parties.
The "CPPCC + Court" multiple dispute resolution mechanism has opened a new practice of coordination and cooperation between the people's courts and CPPCC members to improve the level of grassroots governance. The People's Court of Tumut Left Banner will continue to implement the opinions and suggestions, insist on serving the overall situation, go deeper and more active in the judiciary, let the "good prescription" of judicial suggestions help optimize the business environment, standardize the development of the industry, and improve the efficiency of social governance, and strive to let the people have more sense of judicial gain from the new pattern of "CPPCC + court" grassroots governance.
