On the occasion of the 2024 "National Low Carbon Day", the Longhua Administration of the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, Shenzhen Emission Exchange, and Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. jointly developed and created the Longhua Carbon Inclusive Application Mini Program, which was officially launched for online operation and offline promotion. The offline promotion activities were hosted by the Longhua Administration of the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, and undertaken by the Shenzhen Emission Rights Exchange and Shenzhen Chao Optoelectronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
Empower the "dual carbon" process with digital technology, and drive low-carbon development with "ecological districts". Through detailed research and discussion in the early stage, the Longhua Administration of the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment relied on the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Shenzhen Longhua to create a Longhua carbon inclusive application applet for the carbon inclusion scenario, promote the green and low-carbon operation and development of the hotel, and help Shenzhen's carbon inclusion work.
Build Longhua Carbon Inclusive Application Mini Program, provide resources and services required for the development, deployment and operation of the main body of the Mini Program software, realize the quantification of green and low-carbon behavior points in the scene, and explore and cultivate carbon inclusive application scenarios. The Longhua Administration of the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment has advocated the participation of all hotel employees in the carbon inclusive action in the early stage, as well as the recent on-site promotion and guidance of customers to register and practice the green and low-carbon check-in action, and plans to implement carbon neutrality in the hotel conference in the later stage, bringing together multiple forces to jointly create a green hotel carbon inclusive scenario.

Since the launch of the Mini Program in early May, more than 200 users have registered to use it, and have reduced carbon emissions by reducing carbon emissions by checking in green and low-carbon behaviors, such as saving electricity, CD-ROM actions, green travel, and changing bed sheets every other day, and has reduced carbon emissions by a total of 15,612.3kg.
