As a key specialty of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the 11th Five-Year Plan and an advantageous specialty of traditional Chinese medicine in Shandong Province, Haici Medical Group Acupuncture Rehabilitation Center is the largest clinical base of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation in Qingdao integrating clinical, teaching and scientific research, and undertakes the training of master's students from Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Qingdao University School of Medicine. Affiliated to Qingdao Physical Disability Rehabilitation Center, Qingdao Medical Rehabilitation Institute and Qingdao Branch of the National Acupuncture Clinical Research Center, etc., in 2014, Shi Xuemin Academician Expert Workstation was established, and academic exchanges were established with the Netherlands, the United States, Germany, Austria and other countries. In 2015, Qingdao Rehabilitation Medicine Quality Control Center was affiliated to the unit, responsible for the formulation and revision of the city's rehabilitation medicine medical quality inspection standards, which can radiate and drive the healthy development of rehabilitation medicine in tertiary and secondary general hospitals in Qingdao. In 2019, it will be the leading unit of Qingdao Class A Key Discipline, the leading unit of Qilu Traditional Chinese Medicine Advantage Cluster Specialty Rehabilitation Group II in 2020, and the leading unit of Qingdao Acupuncture Rehabilitation Specialty Alliance in 2023. Gradually develop the clinical application of TCM rehabilitation treatment technology and the theory of rational prescription medicine, give full play to the advantages of traditional and modern rehabilitation technology, and further improve the academic level of TCM rehabilitation clinical treatment. On the basis of the construction of the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" national key specialties, the specialty strengthens the construction of acupuncture and rehabilitation disciplines, gives full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, mainly uses acupuncture technology, massage technology, traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, acupoint application, cupping technology, small acupuncture knife technology and other traditional Chinese medicine non-drug therapy technologies, and has modern rehabilitation treatment technology, and continuously promotes the general practice and full cycle of rehabilitation, with neurological rehabilitation, spinal cord rehabilitation, orthopedic postoperative rehabilitation, Musculoskeletal rehabilitation is the mainstay, and gradually expanded to spinal rehabilitation, pelvic floor rehabilitation, pain rehabilitation, etc. Adhere to the traditional Chinese medicine treatment, highlight the characteristics of non-drug therapy, combine traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation with modern rehabilitation technology, and constantly improve and optimize clinical treatment plans and clinical pathways.
