1. Scope of recruitment
Full-time fresh graduates and graduate students in 2024 from ordinary colleges and universities (universities listed in the National List of Ordinary Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education).
Note: Non-2024 fresh graduates and part-time students from full-time colleges and universities are not included in the scope of recruitment.
2. Recruitment conditions
(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, have good ideological and political quality, and support the Party's principles and policies;
(2) In principle, they should be members of the Communist Party of China (including probationary members of the Communist Party of China) or members of the Communist Youth League;
(3) Have the ambition to take root at the grassroots level, serve rural revitalization, and have the volunteer spirit of hard-working and selfless dedication;
(4) Abide by discipline and law, obey arrangements, and have a strong sense of organizational discipline;
(5) Excellent academic performance, in principle, the total credit grade point (or academic performance) ranking should be in the top 70% of the total number of students in the same grade of the major. As of July 31, 2024, students must obtain a graduation certificate and a degree certificate (current graduate students must obtain the written consent of the department and supervisor), otherwise the employment qualification will be cancelled;
(6) Be physically and mentally healthy, meet the requirements of the graduation physical examination of the institution where they are located, the physical examination of the western plan project and the psychological test (one-vote veto system), and be competent for grassroots work;
(7) Under the same conditions, graduate students, members of the Communist Party of China, graduates of "double first-class" universities, outstanding university graduates, and outstanding student cadres are given priority;
(8) Comply with other requirements provided by laws and regulations.
3. Recruitment requirements
Applicants must log in to the Information Management System (http://xibu.youth.cn) of the University Students' Volunteer Service in the Western Region, fill in the registration form and select Chongqing as the province they intend to serve.
After completing the registration, please download and print the registration form, sign and agree with the counselor, and the Youth League Committee of the department where you belong stamp, and submit it to the project office of your university for review and filing. The project office of colleges and universities shall strictly review the information of applicants according to the recruitment conditions, and complete the review operation in the information management system of the western plan in a timely manner.

The interview is a structured interview, with a score of 100 points and a passing score of 60 points. The interview time is 5 minutes, focusing on the test taker's comprehensive analysis ability, problem-solving ability, language expression ability, etc., and the interview sequence is carried out in accordance with the random order of the test number of the PMO, and all personnel participate in the interview process.
7. Calculation of the total score of the examination
Total test score = 50% of the written test score × + 50% of the interview score ×
The total score of the assessment is calculated on a 100-point scale, rounded to two decimal places. According to the total score of the assessment, the candidates for physical examination are determined from high to low. If the score of a single subject is less than 60 points, it shall not be determined as a candidate for physical examination. If you fail the psychometric test, other scores will be considered invalid. If there is a tie in the total score of the examination, the method of additional test will be adopted, and the person with the higher score of the additional test will be used as the candidate for physical examination. The specific number of admitted students is to be determined, subject to telephone notification.
8. Physical examination
According to the requirements of the Chongqing Municipal Project Office, the Nanchuan District Project Office will feedback the shortlist to the Municipal Project Office, and the Municipal Project Office will give feedback to the relevant university project office in the city, and in accordance with the "Physical Examination Items and Standards" issued by the National Project Office, guide the project office of colleges and universities in the city to organize the finalists to participate in the physical examination in the specified hospitals, and coordinate the project office of universities outside the city to organize the finalists to participate in the physical examination in combination with the actual local situation.
9. Publicity
After receiving the list, the Chongqing Municipal Project Office will send a volunteer confirmation notice to the University Project Office. 10. Psychological adjustment
According to the requirements of the Chongqing Municipal Project Office, the volunteers will be trained and the departure ceremony will be carried out, and they will return to Nanchuan District to participate in the pre-job training after the departure ceremony.
11. Report to work
The volunteer registration time is August 2024, and the specific induction time will be determined by the Nanchuan District Project Office according to the end time of the training.
12. Precautions
1. Abide by the rules of the examination room, take the exam in good faith, and if there is cheating, you will be disqualified from the volunteer examination of the Western Plan. Please keep quiet and queue up neatly during the interview process.
