　　The Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, the first law named after a code in mainland China, came into force on January 1, 2021. It covers many aspects such as marriage and family, inheritance, property rights, contracts, tort liability, etc., and is known as the "encyclopedia of social life", covering all aspects of social life.

　　May this year is the fourth "Civil Code Publicity Month", with the theme of "A Better Life, Civil Code".
