Yesterday (12th), the University of Hong Kong's Lok Rong Dance Company held the "Hong Kong Spring Dawn" Chinese Dance Annual Performance at the University Theatre. The show was co-organised by the Association of Chinese Students and Scholars (The University of Hong Kong), the Postgraduate Student Association of The University of Hong Kong and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Study Travel Institute, as well as a number of youth organisations.

In order to promote the Chinese clothing culture, the host and hostess of the show wore Hanfu provided by Danqing Chengnan Hanfu Society, creating a classical atmosphere and showing the charm of traditional Chinese costumes to the audience. The show has a wide variety of dances, including: Water Sleeve Dance, Classical Dance, Han and Tang Dance, Dunhuang Dance, Dai Dance, etc.; The themes cover the representative work of the patriotic poet Qu Yuan "Lisao", the Song Dynasty lyricist Li Qingzhao, the Lotus Picking Yue Nu, etc., leading the audience through the millennium, showing the elegance of Chinese dance in an all-round way, promoting China's excellent traditional culture, and telling Chinese stories well.
