3. Registration procedures and methods

According to the principle of "voluntary registration, fair competition, and merit-based employment", this recruitment will be carried out in accordance with written examinations, interviews, physical examinations, inspections and publicity.

4. Materials to be submitted when registering:

(2) One recent 1-inch bareheaded photo of myself;

(3) One original and one copy of my ID card, certificate of fixed residence in Changwu area, graduation certificate, degree certificate, electronic registration and filing form of academic certificate of the Ministry of Education, professional title and qualification certificate, discharge certificate and other relevant documents.

5. Qualification review: Conduct a preliminary examination of the qualifications of the applicants, sign the "Letter of Commitment to Integrity" in Annex 2, and determine the candidates for the written examination. The qualification review will run through the whole process of recruitment, if there is concealment, false declaration, once verified, the examination qualification and employment qualification will be cancelled.

Fourth, the examination method

(1) Written examination

The content of the written test is a test of basic public knowledge and administrative vocational ability. The full score of the written test is 100 points, and the passing line is 60 points. In the written examination of qualified personnel according to the written test results from high to low scores according to the ratio of not higher than 1:3 to determine the interviewer, the position is less than 1:3, according to the actual number of interviewers. The time and place of the written test will be notified separately.

(2) Interview

The interview is conducted in a structured interview format, with a full score of 100 points and a passing score of 60 points. The time and place of the interview will be notified separately.

(3) Calculation of grades

The comprehensive score is 100 points, calculated according to the proportion of 40% of the written test score and 60% of the interview score, and each score is retained to two decimal places.

5. Physical examination

According to the comprehensive score, from high to low scores, the list of physical examination personnel is determined 1:1 according to the number of recruiters in the position. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment. If there is a vacancy due to unqualified physical examination or other reasons, it can be filled in a lump sum from the order of high score to low score from the person above the comprehensive score passing line.

6. Investigation and publicity

Organize inspections for those who have passed the physical examination. If the inspection is qualified, the list of personnel to be hired shall be determined and publicized, and the publicity time shall not be less than 7 working days.

7. Employment and treatment

1. If there is no objection to the publicity, the recruitment procedures shall be handled.

2. The recruiters are town staff, of which post code 01 enjoys town class B treatment, and post code 02 enjoys town class A treatment. The probationary period is three months, and those who pass the assessment at the end of the period will be formally employed; If they fail to pass the assessment, they will not be hired, and they will be self-employed.

3. If the hired in-service personnel sign a labor (employment) contract or agreement with the original work unit, they shall negotiate with the original unit in accordance with the relevant regulations.

(2) Basic conditions
